The results were for the most part late. The registration process is not clearly set up. I think you should be much more transparent about when your customers will actually get their results back.

I ordered next day delivery on Tuesday. It’s Sunday and it still hasn’t arrived.

This company will take your money and not send you any results!!! Emailed for a refund and shock, NO REPLY! Disgusting customer service, spent £80 on PCR tests, hard earned money but this company thinks it ok not send you any certificates and then no refund! We sent the PCR’s on Wednesday and it is now Saturday and we are now on holiday! We had to pay extra money in the airport for rapid lateral flows, DO NOT loose your money ordering from this company!

The worst company Iv ever come across, can’t even give refunds when they don’t even send test results back! Had to spend more money getting tested off a different company HOURS before we fly because this company hadn’t even sent the results back on the PCR that cost us £80!! Do not waste your money on this unreliable company, can’t return emails either when asking for a refund. We are on holiday now still not received PCR results, they was sent off on Wednesday! I accidentally put wrong post code on my delivery your customer service were not very helpful when I inform by post office that the item I order was being returned to you I was willing to pay carriage to return to me was told that they would be destroyed and I would have to reorder at 40. 00 pound told customer service I was not willing to do this I have found another supplier at 27.00 pound for the same make.
