I have asked for a refund as these did not arrive on time due to a postal strike. We will not use them within a year. You are totally unhelpful and I will not be recommending this service at all

gave one star as ordered tuesday its friday evening and its still not here. I fly sat morning and had to spend another £40 buying another which i got the same day! i asked for a refund and they will not give me one. Not impressed at all

I have a horrible experience. The customer service was arrogant, reluctant and agressive. We did not get any items from them, therefore I could not go to my vacation. When I asked refund, they denied it, regarding the items (what we did not get ) were hygienic things ... ridiculous. I suggest everyone to avoid ordering from them.

My application would not register The chat line was poor and just ended I spent all night trying to sort the confirmation which finally arrived just before 2 am, 4.5 hours before my flight. Stressful!

Incredible service I bought the 12 hour service results were emailed in less than 4. Great communication kept me fully informed from start to finish

Ordered in Monday delivered Wednesday which is when we needed them for, quite a lot of packaging as each test kit is in its own box but then it is handy to keep one in your bag all the time just incase you need to test whilst out.

Tests arrived in the post quickly and when we did the tests at 6pm the results arrived by email overnight. Would use again.
