If you are planning to use this service before travelling abroad please do not take the risk. When you have to take the test within 48 hours of flying, this will have you panicking. Paid for the 12 hour express results, sent the test off Saturday, only received the results early Wednesday morning which would have been too late and would have had to cancel my holiday if I hadn't booked another test. Another thing to note is their customer service team can't just call up people at the lab, so they can't track your sample and give you information about when your results will be there.

Absolute scam! Waste of money! Ended up having to buy directly through randox the day before we flew as the test and go tests wouldnt allow us to register online! Never again.

Unfortunately, even though Royal Mail had the parcel at 5am, they said, late in the day, that they had been unable to deliver and would deliver it - a day late - next day. Not the fault of TestnGo at all, just poor service by Royal Mail.

It took a lot longer than expected to arrive

Asked live chat before i purchased tests these would be sufficent for fight to flu certifcates for to take the tests the day before due to fly on a sunday that these were wrong tests. Live chat was no help after sending the screenshot from message the sunday before from live chat. Leaving us with nowhere open on a sunday for tests and not being allowed to fly. This company has not replied to messages sent regarding this matter. Would buy from a pharmacy where guaranteed to buy correct tests.

I ordered lateral flow tests and they arrived as promised, 48 hours later. As I have COVID, it is great to have high quality test kits, which give me a clear indication that I am still positive for Coronavirus.

We had to wait a little longer than usual and the tests arrived the day we were leaving for our business trip, I was advised I could ring a flow flex test and that the order number would be honoured, but it was too last minute to start looking for tests.

I chose test and go because it did not seem to be linked to travel and I could have it within two days so I was very annoyed when I found that it was held up by a travel form. The response to my complaint was immediate and satisfactory but if a customer wants a test for travel purposes they will say so,don’t assume it.

The tests where easy to use wish they where still free but these where better value than other sites I went on .

I placed the order in the morning on Friday. I had the option of next day delivery with postage charge of £6 for 24 hour delivery and £3 charge for 48 hour delivery. I opted for next day delivery. I received e mail from Royal Mail for delivery on Saturday but the item was delivered on Monday. Will I be refunded £3 for delayed delivery?
