Installation went very well and the guys didn't mind me asking questions about what they were doing. They were friendly and and cleaned up after themselves. They installed a small window in one room and the floor to ceiling in the main dormer. I would recommend them for loft conversions windows.

i was recommended caddy windows by a friend and i am glad they did. i had a home visit with Clive who was honest, polite and on time. they made my doors to order in no time at all. the installation was perfect. all fitted within 2 hours, taking my old doors and rubbish away leaving me with my new doors. i have already recommended caddy windows to my work friends and family. use caddy windows for easy and worry free installation

Top service From start to finish I am really pleased with the service provided by the sales staff, surveyor and the fitters. The windows and french doors are lovely and all for a great price. Special shout out to Scott and Dave who did a great job. I'll definitely be using Caddy again when I replace the other windows.

windows themselves seem fine so far, but fitting experience and mess left sadly horrific! I don’t know where to start I’m just so disappointed.... from the bombardment phone calls from the sales guy which should have been a red flag, to the mess, terrible attempt at cleaning up, damage caused to our wood bedroom floor (see photos on google reviews), then the installations manager accusing us (having never met us or seen our house) of damaging it ourselves, to the sarcastic email replies to our complaints, and the gaps left under the windows themselves where you can see daylight.... It turns out that others I’ve spoken to since have had probs and battles with them too. A large, very lovely and reputable local company we used for some other renovations told me they wouldn’t touch them with a barge pole ever again, and I agree - our kitchen windows will be from elsewhere. Wish I’d known this before . Not sure where all the good reviews come from. If you do still use caddy - whatever you do, do NOT Pay up front.. We’ve spent thousands and been left with a mess. Just so sad. 🙁TBC.....

Starting with the initial visit, the expert advise and experience really helped to decide the windows. The visit from the fitter and then the contact with the team around fitting timescales ,gave us confidence they knew what they are doing . The fitting team Scott and Dave were fab. They kept to timeframes and kept the place tidy . The end to end experience has been fantastic and we would recommend to anyone who wants a quality and value for money service . The windows look lovely and the finish is quality.

Very please with the windows and the service. Five sash windows and two casement windows fitted in a day and half to very high standard. Great value, would definitely recommend to a friend.
