We have just had french doors fitted by 2 fantastic fitters their names are Craig and Jimmy . Their work is spotless with great craftsmanship they absolutely could not have been more helpful and when the job was finished I couldn’t believe how nice the doors could look thank you so much gentlemen for a job well done. Really pleased with our new front door, we've already had a number of compliments from the neighbours about it. Seems very solid and secure. The guys did a good job during the installation as our front doorway is really not at all straight or level, but there were able to work around that without a problem.

Very good service regarding initial survey and fitting. However, disappointingly negative/defensive response from your office when enquiring about a detail prior to the fitting.Have left it at 5 stars because the end product is good but was unimpressed by the above response .

Great service from start to finish. Had used them previously to install a kitchen window. This time 2 bathroom and 1 hallway window. Again great service great products. Very happy would recommend.

As a consequence of the Corona virus and the shut down of many firms I found their online quote system very useful. From this I was then able to accept their quote, arrange a survey and finally installation. There was a little bit of confusion over the final payment date but this was easily resolved. The installation was handled to my full satisfaction and I am pleased with the window installed. I would have no issue in recommending Caddy Windows for any future work required.

Fast and efficient installation, and cleared all mess. Consultation and pre-booking brochures very useful. Everyone very friendly and helpful.

Good value, professional and lovely service on site by the fitters, however, some small details were missed and could of been done slightly cleaner. Would still recommend highly though!

Scott and Dave have spent the last 2 days replacing 7 windows and the front door of our house. Excellent work carried out by both and the windows have made a huge difference already. Thanks boys and keep singing to Absolute 80's.

We recently had new windows manufactured by Caddy to a very high standard and to the time scale they quoted. The two fitters Scott & Dave were excellent, very polite, professional & worked very hard. All our dealings with Caddy have always been highly professional and they have ensured a very high standard of safety during this difficult time due to Clovid. We would highly recommend them.

We commissioned Caddy Windows to replace three windows and the double french doors in our new house and from the very start they were incredibly approachable and friendly. Clive took the time to visit with us, listen to what we wanted and give us a quote for the work, but there was no hard sell which we received from some other companies. The quote was the best price from all the places we checked (we got about three quotes in total) and the work was all completed to a very high standard. Overall they were great value for money and made the process easy and enjoyable - we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone!

The whole process was painless with Caddy. We booked an appointment for a quote (front door, patio door, and 7 windows), which was conducted by Clive who was informative and honest. The quote provided was more than competitive with other glazing companies. There was no hard sale. A survey was completed and a slot booked for installation. The guys who came out on the day (Scott and Dave) were excellent on site. Considerate of us remaining in for the 2 days, personable, timely, and hard working. Even the aftercare has been great as we had a small issue with some render post installation which was raised and resolved by Caddy within 48hrs. Would highly recommend.

I have used caddy windows twice now. Always happy with the workmanship. When things haven't been quite right they have always come and corrected it. Windows appear good quality.
