Sidder i München og har booket hotel Vitalis, via Gala Hotels, det har de aldrig hørt om før. Og vores prepaid voucher gælder ikke. Har sendt e-mail til Gala for tlf virker ikke. Må absolut advare om dette firma, blev sendt over fra hotellets hjemmeside og troede naturligvis det var ok.

Very friendly staff. Perfect location. Excellent buffet with a wide choice of Greek food as well as the usual international offer..The rooftop with a view on the Acropolis is magic. While not overpriced. Just the size of the rooms is a bit of a challenge as you can expect in the heart of Athens. As we came for the fourth time it looks like they have booked us slightly larger rooms. At this price level this is a perfect choice if you want to stay within walking distance of most key Athens landmarks.

The staff at the hotel at Malpenza airport in Italy were unresponsive to my need to be picked up at the airport. No taxi would take me due to the distance and the hotel outright refused to send a taxi for me or to send a shuttle outside of there schedule. I was left standing alone at terminal 2 for well over an hour until I was able to bribe a taxi driver with a 20 euro payment for a 3 minute ride. The hotel staff told me if I need assistance at the airport I should call the police. They were horrible to me as a guest. I will never stay at a Crown Plaza hotel again anywhere in the world. Outrageous.

They where not able to change our booking we made with galahotels. We had to cancel one night out of 7 but they could not change it for us. We had to cancel the hole reservation and make a new one which would have cost us more. So I will not use galahotels again.

J'ai fais une réservation pour un hôtel à Amsterdam. Une fois la réservation faite, Gala Hotel m'informe qu'aucune chambre n'est disponible (Ce qui est quand même dingue comme pratique!!) et me propose de me reloger dans un hôtel à 20 minutes en voiture du centre. Je demande alors à me faire rembourser, ce qu'ils acceptent par mail (en théorie). Après plus d'un mois de relance et de nombreux messages sans réponses, je suis toujours sans aucune trace de mon remboursement d'un montant de 263 euros !! J'attends donc que le service client prenne ses responsabilités et arrête de me dire que des problèmes de banque sont survenus. Quand on prélève le client en moins de 24 heures, on doit être capable de le rembourser dans les mêmes délais !!!!

Your service is TOP-unprofessional, inefficient and absolutely not to use again. there was no telephone response, no mail response ( I have made a hotel cancellation, you never responded and you obviously charged me - in case you want to repair and credit me what's due.) No invoice with VAT available ever received for the other booking. I have never come across such an awful online booking service like this. I really hope this feedback helps in getting better, because you have a lot of work ahead. Regards. Daniela Maselli

Bookede et hotel i Skotland, men det viste sig at være udsolgt. GalaHotels om-booker så til et andet hotel 20 km væk og hæver pengene (5000 kr) fra mit kort uden at spørge om det nye hotel er acceptabelt. Det er selvfølgelig helt uacceptabelt da jeg er på vandretur og ikke kan bo 20 km væk. Efter utallige mail og telefonsamtaler hvor de hver gang svarede at pengene var på vej, fik jeg endelig pengene tilbage efter 2,5 måned. Jeg har aldrig tidligere oplevet noget lignende med f.eks. Booking.com eller Hotels.com, så hold jer langt væk fra GalaHotels! Der er også noget underligt ved at deres telefonnummer, som sjældent virker, er +44 altså UK, mens firmaet og dem man snakker med er fra Istanbul i Tyrkiet.

Had a great stay. Excellent service. All the staff is always ready to help. Comfortable big sized rooms. Buffet breakfast was superb.

Gala Hotels have had the cheek to email me and ask me how my stay was ! I did not stay in the hotel as they cancelled my booking and advised I would be staying in a different hotel. I have had no response from any emails or phone calls, even from the complaints team. We had to book to stay some where else and are now in the process of fighting to get our money back !!! Will never book with Gala Hotels again and I advise everyone not to. Have since looked on trip advisor and this seems to be a re occurring thing with the.

All these bad reviews scared the bejasus out of me after booking through gala. I phoned the hotel today and they have my reservation. So what's all the drama with people? Is it just with cancelling and trying to get money back? Why do so many people book and pay in advance if they've any doubt they'll be going?

No confirmation by the hotel. No answer on the indicated telephone number at night No confirmation, that the booking payment was paid back/not deducted from Visa - Card because of not used accomodation in that hotel due to above mentioned shortcomings

Good morning, until today I have not received your answer and refund of money on account due to booking cancellation. Extra yesterday I called your hotline and I received a refund within two days. I have a question why you got your funds in April and you still have them on your account.
