Scam do NOT book through these Theives. Booked a hotel in Venice in September for last week. I confirmed with the hotel in Dec to make sure reservation was ok after reading some bad reviews. Hotel confiremd all was well. We turned up at the hotel on Sunday to be told reservation had been cancelled by Gala hotels. I have tried customer services in both the uk and Italy but the numbers no longer work. I will contact credit card company tomorrow but hold little hope as transaction was so long ago. Please do not book with this company.

If I could give this company a minus I would. Booked a hotel stay in Rome for May this year for my 1st year wedding anniversary, emailed the hotel regarding collection from the hotel to be told that the booking was cancelled and no longer valid. £350 company has stolen and my bank has said it’s too late for claw back as it’s been over 120 days. Heart broken 💔

GALAHOTELS.COM IS A SCAM We arrived at the hotel we had booked through this company to find out that the booking had been cancelled 1 month after we made the booking without any communication made to us. They had taken the payment in full at the time of the booking and had not made any refunds even though they had cancelled the booking. I have now seen many other reviews online of the same nature and wish i had seen this before i chose to use the company.

Grosse arnaque. Ils encaissent, vous envoient un voucher avec votre réservation, vous vous dites que tout est bon mais en arrivant à l'hôtel, ils ont annulé la resa et se sont fair rembourser votre argent. Et sur le site galahotel, tout reste confirmé bien sur... C'est dégueulasse surtout quand vous envoyez vos parents à l'autre bout du monde pour la première fois... Une belle bande de FDP, je leur souhaite de tous crever dans la douleur !

El día 02 de noviembre 2018 compramos 6 días en hotel memories Beach varadero, Cuba, por intermedio de GALA HOTEL, en la página todo parecía en orden hasta el mismo día en que llegamos al hotel para disfrutar de unas esperadas vacaciones. El día 22 de marzo de 2019 nos encontramos con la sorpresa que estos desgraciados CANCELARON nuestra reserva el día 20 de diciembre de 2018 sin previo aviso obviamente. Hasta el día de hoy los teléfonos no funcionan y mucho menos contestan correos!!! NO COMPRAR CON ESTOS MALDITOS!!

Wir hatten am 11.12.2018 für heute Nacht (06. auf 07.04.2019) das Hotel Park Consul in Köln über die Homepage gebucht und auch per Kreditkarte bezahlt. Als wir heute im Hotel angekommen sind, wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass Galahotels die Buchung ohne Begründung storniert hat und für uns kein Zimmer reserviert ist.

Ende 2018 in Las Palmas,Hotel Fataga,Voucher von GALAHOTELS vorgelegt,das bezahlte Zimmer nicht bekommen, also erneut im Hotel bezahlt mit höherem Preis. GALAHOTELS nicht erreichbar,nur für neue Buchungen

Scam - Thieves - Stole money from me. Don't use. Basically stole money from me. I tried to cancel reservation before stated dated. Left message on customer support line as no one would answer phone. Submitted case online to cancel. Received response that they were working on it, but nothing happened. All of these was done prior to cancellation date. All of the records have been removed from my online account so can't prove anything with credit card company. Still can't get a response from GalaHotels. Stole $250 from me.

Scam. Never provide your credit card number to this "business". I booked a hotel in Lisbon and prepaid the full amount through this company. On arrival at the hotel I was told that my reservation was cancelled by the travel agent and I had to pay for the stay in the hotel again. Galahotels only responded to the complaint with the "We are looking into it" but never actually said anything more. They did not cooperate with the bank when I raised the charge back request through the credit card company. They never made any steps to voluntary return my money.

Met Kerst en Nieuw samen met vrienden een hotel geboekt in London en zoals zo velen die boeken via GalaHotels: boeking om duistere reden geannuleerd, geen kamers en nog eens afrekenen. Rondgebeld, onvriendelijk te woord gestaan, onheus bejegend en geen antwoorden of oplossingen. Het is en blijft een oplichtersbende, maar schijnbaar en onbegrijpelijk is er niks tegen te doen. NIET boeken via GalaHotels !!! p.s. dit akkefietje 'geparkeerd' en fijn verblijf in London gehad.

Laut meinem Kreditkartenunternehmen handelt sich hier um ein Unternehmen mit betrügerischen Absichten.Eine Buchung wird bestätigt, eine Vorrauszahlung getätigt,diese Buchung wird storniert und eine weitere...später getätigt, die dann zufällig keine findet.Kontaktaufnahme , trotz angeblich vieler Kundenzentren, nicht möglich!! Lassen Sie bloß die Finger von dieser Webseite!!!! Ich musste Vorort den Hotelaufenthalt nochmals bezahlen, durch einen sehr überlegten Trick von Galahotels.com kann man den bereits gezahlten Betrag nicht zurückbuchen !Ja Sie lesen richtig! Sie haben keine Chance, ohne selber unter Eid auszusagen , dass Sie die Hotelbuchung nicht vorgenommen haben, dies ist eine Lüge und Sie würden sich damit dann selber starfbar machen! Achtung! Dreiste Betrüger mit Sitz in der Türkei !!! Am 25.10.18 gebucht und per Kreditkarte bezahlt. Das Zimmer in ParkCity wurde dann ohne meines Wissens am 18.12.2019 durch Galahotels.com storniert (wahrscheinlich wegen der Rückbuchuzngsfrist der Kreditkarte)Als wir am 01.03.19 am Hotel ankamen standen wir ohne Zimmer da, Geld auch futsch. Niemand zu Erreichen, per Telefon keine Verbindung, per Mail keine Antwort. Rückerstattung durch die Kreditkarte nicht mehr möglich. Scheint ein Masche zu sein. Der Betreiber Gulbahar Mh. Harmanyolu (Ust Sk. Meric Plaza No:10/5 Mecidiyekoy Istanbul - TR 34394) betreibt mehrere Plattforme aus seinem Reisebüro in Istanbul. Auf keinen Fall darüber buchen !!!!
