My main concern is for Visa card security data. One star review as no option for ZERO. I booked on the basis of Gala Hotels cancellation policy of 100% refund if done in-time. I cancelled in-time and received a message advising that the refund would be received within 21 days. More than 3 months passed; no refund. I sent a request via the website and was inundated with hundreds of notifications of my Case; each with a different reference number. I had to block Gala. Attempts to call their UK phone number failed. Now I have sought help from my bank and card supplier to prevent Gala Hotels from further abusing my Visa account. Remember, we have given them our card security data!!!

Im November 2018 habe ich über ein Zimmer in Jumeirah Frankfurt geburcht. Die Kosten wurden sofort von meiner Kreditkarte abgebucht. Am 15.02.19 erfuhr ich, daß das Zimmer am 18.12.18 von Gala storniert wurde. Meine Beschwerde lief ins Leere, die Firma antwortet weder auf brief, e-mails noch Telephonate. Zur Rückbuchung durch die Kreditkartengesellschaft ist die Zeit mit 3 Monaten zu lang

Hélas, pareil que les autres : réservation payées, et lors de l'arrivée à l'hôtel elle a été annulée. Impossible de se faire rembourser, et obligés de trouver un autre hôtel en urgence au dernier moment (donc bien plus cher que prévu)… Aucune réponse aux plaintes, et leur structure en Turquie décourage la plupart des gens de porter plainte…

Bonjour, Évitez ce site, il s'agit d'une arnaque. J'ai réservé 2 nuits à Toulouse en octobre 2018 pour un séjour en février 2019 avec eux (21902699). Les tarifs sont non remboursables mais j'avais pris une protection Galaflex qu'ils proposaient et qui permettait quand même d'être remboursée d'une certaine somme en cas d'annulation. J'ai annulée le 03/01/19. Dans ma confirmation d'annulation, il est précisé que le remboursement peut prendre 21 jours ouvrés. Bien sûr, je n'ai jamais été remboursée. Le 15/02, j'ai donc ouvert une réclamation chez eux CAS-364376-N0T4J3. J'ai bien reçu la confirmation de bonne réception de cette réclamation mais jamais de réponse à cette réclamation. Nous sommes le 10/03, pas de réponse à ma réclamation, pas de remboursement! Evitez les problèmes, ne réservez surtout pas chez eux!

The hotel told us this happens all the time with Gala hotels and that they had gone bankrupt but I can see their website is still active. We had to book and pay for new rooms as when we phoned Gala we got no response, we emailed and got it sent back and every time we tried to raise a case on their site it would not send. We are unable to contact them in any way for a refund. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE!

my reservations were cancelled at el dorado casitas royale. Several attempts to contact have all failed. initiated a charge back request with my bank for merchant failing to provide service.

I had a booking ( from March 03 to March 08, 2019) in the Bayswater Inn Hotel (7570), London, GB. I printed out the voucher which was sent via email. As I checked in with the hotel under this booking number I was told, that my reservaction was cancelled. The hotel clerk tried to call the emergency numer (+90 212 705 4858), the UK number +44 20 3384 6448, she tried to open the Galahotel homepage, I tried to open the homepage, so did my husband in Germany. Nothing worked, no response, nobody answered the phone, one phone number was disconnected. Instead we found out, that this kind of fraud happended to a lot of customers. Hotel rooms were booked, confirmation numbers for a voucher were sent via email, but when the people checked in with the hotel, the booking was cancelled. So it happened to me. I did pay 281 Euro via my Visa Card for this booking with GalaHotels and all I got was a cancelled hotel reservation. My son and I had to find another hotel, because this one was completely booked. Since I am a journalist, this is a really good story to get publish - which I will do in any case to warn people about this very mean fraud. Now I tried to file a complaint with the hotel - since all of a sudden the homepage works again - but it just gives me an error message. So please, under no circumstances book with this group any hotelrooms. The chances are pretty good, that you will have to pay for another hotel ...

Lo mismo que el resto. ESTAFA!! Reservas pagadas son anuladas antes de que llegue el dia. Menos mal que viendo el percal hemos contactado con los 2 hoteles que teníamos reservados con esta agencia. Y los 2 estaban cancelados. No responden en el teléfono que aparece en la página web ni en los mails. ¿Como se puede reclamar el dinero? ¿denuncia¿

Del 1 al 4 de Enero de 2019 reservé supuestamente en ProArte Hotel Berlín. Al llegar me dijeron que no existía reserva alguna, aún así de mostrar el pago que hice a través del recibo que me envía el Banco. Llamamos INFINITAS veces a través del Hotel al número de esa Empresa ese día y los días posteriores. Nadie respondió. Tuve que hacer una nueva rererva con el mismo Hotel y por supuesto volver a pagar las 3 noches. Es una vergüenza que se aprovechen de las personas.

Bonjour Faites très ATTENTION, ce n'est pas un site sérieux, je dirais même que galahotels est une ARNAQUE / SCAM. J'ai réservé une chambre d'hôtel, celle-ci a été annulée sans que je sois prévenu. J'ai du réservé un autre hôtel à la dernière minute (depuis un autre site bien sûr). Bien évidemment, je n'ai pas été remboursé et leur service client (UK) est injoignable. Lorsque j'ai fait part de ma mésaventure à l'hôtel en question, ceux-ci m'ont tout simplement répondu : "Malheureusement, nous n’avons pas de contrat avec Gala Hotels donc dans l’impossibilité de vous aider…".

Booked a hotel room in Spain with this company on 25-11-2018 When i arrived at the hotel on the 25-02-2019, the hotel said there was no reservation for me. I showed them the Gala Booking booking confirmation & they said they have had trouble with this company in the past. They hotel receptionist looked into it and come back to me with printed out document Saying that there was a reservation made for me on the 25-11-2018 but that it had been cancelled on the 19-12-2018 by Gala Hotels. Gala Hotels had cancelled the booking without informing me or refunding me the £380 i had paid them. I then paid the Hotel Porta De Galleces a further 496 euros for the hotel room. I tried contacting the Gala Hotels emergency phone number +90 212 705 4858 when the matter first came to light but there was no answer. Since i got home i have again tried ringing the UK number on there web site + 44 20 3384 64 48 but it is constantly engaged. The matter is now being looked into by the credit card company i used to pay for the booking.

Una estafa mas de GALAHOTELS y HOTELBEDS. Reservé en octubre para 3 días en Melilla y lo cancelaron en diciembre, habiendo cobrado 160€ anticipadamente. NO HAGAN RESERVAS CON GALAHOTELS NI CON HOTELBEDS, que fue quien lo canceló. Ninguno de los dos contesta al teléfono ni a los emails.

If I’m being honest it deserves minimun stars. I can’t believe how rude the staff. They reply to your emails at the pace of a snail. There was no communication and I didn’t even get the product I that I paid for. Never ever shop with these scum bags because they reduced me to writing a review.

Jahrelang klappten Buchungen über Galahotels.com problemlos, jetzt aber klare Warnung vor Buchungen über dieses Portal ! Das Geld für meine im Juli 2018 getätigte Hotelbuchung für März 2019 wurde im Juli 2018 sofort abgebucht, die Buchung wurde hinter meinem Rücken im Dezember 2018 bei dem Hotel storniert, das Geld hat sich Galahotels behalten. Keine Chance, da was zurückzubekommen. Zum Glück habe ich vorher im Hotel angerufen, sonst wäre es noch teurer gekommen, wenn ich mit einem wertlosen Gutschein an der Rezeption erschienen wäre. So muss ich jetzt noch einmal bezahlen, diesmal bei einem hoffentlich seriösen Portal!

Ce site est une arnaque, c'est une bande de voleurs !!!! Ayant réservé et payé un séjour d'une nuit dans un hôtel à Copenhague avec ce site, j'ai voulu quelques jours avant ce voyage, m'assurer de ma réservation, en fait ils avaient annulé la réservation. Depuis 2 mois je leur envoie des mails afin qu'ils me remboursent les 133 € perçus à tort, et je n'ai pas de réponse à mes mails !!! Fuyez ce site !!!

This company don’t even deserve 1 star, we booked a Jurys in hotel through them, got to the hotel and there was no booking, the hotel contacted gala hotels and they blamed our bank for never paying them only to find out that the money had been taken from our bank and the bank was investigating it for fraud, we then had to pay £200 at the hotel to book a new room to stay in!

Scam. They charge your card immediately, 'make a reservation' for the hotel for you without telling the hotel that it has been paid. A month later, they cancel the reservation at the hotel without telling you anything. You arrive at the hotel and you are literally f***ked - there is no room booked for you, nor paid... Nobody from GalaHotels picks up the phone to help you. Some of their numbers are actually fake. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM!
