Alex and his team were all extremely great at moving all 30+ of my boxes down 2 flights of steps and then ensuring that they all reached its final destination intact and in a timely fashion. My experience was fantastic. I used them to move out of my apartment in NYC to NJ. They were on time and had all of my belongings packed up in about 2 hours and I felt very safe with their COVID protocols. There was even still snow on my sidewalk (in NYC) and they shoveled it for me. I’d use them again in a heartbeat.

The communication pre move was very poor. I had to call l to confirm move. The movers showed up 1.5 hours late. They moved too slowly and cut the move very close. I had several china/ glass items broken, which leads me to believe they threw boxes. You get what you pay for.

The team was kind, on time, transparent in pricing and the exceptional job was even done during a recent snow storm. Thank you to the whole team, but especially Andrea & Humberto!!!
