Absolute Fraud! their insurance is a scam. Worst mover ever. Not punctual, broke expensive furnitures. Absolutely rude and unprofessional. Be aware!

Movers arrived on time, got straight to work, never slowed down. They wrapped all of our furniture and appliances and still moved everything in just about 5.5 hours. Unloaded everything in just less than 2 hours, so we ended with about a 7.5 hour move, which was pretty right on with the original estimate. Even so, best deal ever! I would use them again anytime soon!

These guys advertise they are insured movers, yet when they broke my 65" TV they offered a measly $500. The movers smoked, one guy didn't speak english and customer service has serious attitude. They ruined my move experience and want me to pay! Move elsewhere.

The fellows who did the moving for us Mick and John were terrific, efficient and knowledgeable. Thomas and Hatch worked well with and for us, especially when our dates and locations changed after the first call. I can’t recommend them enough!

Let me just say these guys were on-time & completely professional. Everything carefully was packed, loaded & unloaded without issue. They were even kind enough to take my outdoor furniture up to the roof-top deck & set it up. Can't say enough nice things about these folks and would use them again in an instant.

The move, overall, took about two hours and was relatively inexpensive, considering the cost of having to rent a moving truck and have a bunch of people help me out with moving. I recommend Dumbo Moving to anyone looking for a painless moving experience!

Showed up for moving day on time and stopped 1/2 hr for lunch. Otherwise, worked continuously until we were completely moved into our new home. They moved from furniture to clothing and everything in between. I would recommend them to anyone who is moving they made my moving experience so much easier!

I hired Dumbo Moving company last year to move two pieces of furniture to my house from another city. They were able to get the furniture to my house, but they could not figure out how to get a dresser upstairs to the second floor in my house. Now I am stuck with furniture that I cannot use because it is stuck on the 1st floor. I really need to get someone that is professional and that can figure it out. It was a waste of my money.

Guys worked really hard, took care with everything and did whatever it took to move us. I have great respect for their work effort, strength and stamina! I have recommended their services to so many people and would hire them again in a heartbeat.

It was indeed a great move with Dumbo Moving company. The movers were professional and highly trained. Everything was loaded transported and placed in our new home within 32 hours of starting the job. Hopefully this was our last move, but if not then Dumbo Moving will be top of our list for the next one.

Every time I had a question, my salesperson, from Dumbo Moving was willing to explain things in detail and I appreciated that a lot. When the movers showed up I had all the boxes ready for pick up and they began loading the truck. It took them about 4 hours and everything was delivered to my house. I would love to book them again.

The entire experience went as smoothly as it could possibly go! Kevin, office manager, was so helpful & courteous! The movers were really professional, asked me where I wanted particular items, and then even asked if I wanted anything moved around within each of the rooms.

Mike was very helpful and accommodating. Crew were super attentive to my concerns and instructions the whole time, both for loading and unloading. All of my furniture was wrapped perfectly, with no scratches upon arrival. 5/5 stars, can't say enough great things about this company.
