Sequel to my previous review from 13th April about ordering a wood floor sample from Floors Direct Midlands Ltd and then making the subsequent full order.... This has been a good purchase. The order arrived as scheduled with all packaging in good condition. The flooring looks lovely and is excellent quality; I can't wait to see the end result. All the packs of oak flooring are unpacked and shuffled to mix batches and have been acclimatised within the room.... installation starts tomorrow! Happy to give a 5-star rating.

Easy to order great price

Ordered Herringbone laminate and then got an email a few days later saying they don’t stock that item anymore. Then we ordered a different laminate which arrived BUT they have sent a DIFFERENT product to what we ordered and it’s not even one that’s on their website…. I do t understand how this company works

Was told floor in stock and would be delivered within five days. The next day I received an email stating a Wednesday delivery 9am-6pm, so took a day of holiday to be home. At 1.17pm on the "day of delivery" received an email stating "issues at the port" meant my floor would not be delivered for at least two weeks. Tried to call twice and the automated mail system hangs up on me after the "please hold for the next available representative." No response to emails either. Terrible.
