Very happy with the company, Customer service replying in no time, even after 5.30, no queue. Can't comment on laminate yet but hoping that Austrian product has high quality standards.

Would NOT recommend buying from this company, spent nearly £700 on flooring and it said delivery was 5-7 days I ordered it on a Tuesday night and I didn’t see the email which went to my junk which was sent out the next day to say delivery was coming between 9-6 on Friday and the courier will ring me 20-40 minutes before delivery, I never got a phone call and my delivery came Friday morning which I wasn’t prepared for and wasn’t expecting. I explained to the driver that I can’t have it delivered on the curb side right now because it’s raining and my daughter is off school with covid so she’s isolating and no one can come in the house to help me bring the large Boxes in off the pallet and I can’t do it myself as I’m disabled and I have loose joints that dislocate and it was also raining so didn’t want them left out in the rain. The delivery driver was really polite and said no problem I will call floors direct and I’m sure they won’t mind us redelivering it on Monday. So floors direct rang me and the lady was not very helpful even though I explained her my situation that I can’t take it in because I’m disabled and my daughter had covid so no one can help me she said “yeah everyone’s got problem it’s not guna change the fact that you either need to pay £80 to redeliver it or have it left on the curb now, she said if you’d have bothered to check your emails you’d have known it was coming (I wasnt expecting it for another at least 4 days as it was a weekend and it said delivery 5-7 working days but it also said expect a longer waiting time due to covid) I have never been spoken to so rude by some one in my whole life as much as that lady I ended up hanging up and the delivery driver was shocked how she spoke to me and said he felt bad and he rang his manager from the depo and they said they will store it and keep it for me and they will drop it to my new address Monday. Monday came and I hadn’t heard from anyone so I rang the depo and they said floors direct rang them and took it back they said they weren’t allowing them to make their own private arrangement with me that had nothing to do with floors direct, I even received the feedback email to ask how my order was because as far as floors direct was concerned it was out of their hands!!!! I then rang floors direct they said yes we have it now so now you need to pay £40 to get it back out to you (they are only charging me £40 this time as it was their own choice to have it returned back to them whereas when it was at my house and I asked it was my choice so I only had to pay one way trip) so I asked if I can have it delivered to my new address as I’m moving she said that’s fine I gave her my new address and then I paid the £40 and she said she would contact me shortly with a delivery date. I never got contacted so I rang floors direct again and they said the floor will get shipped to the depo tomorrow (Tuesday) and you’ll receive it Wednesday but we can’t change the address now you’ll have to cancel the order and wait for a refund then reorder it to your new address if you want it to go somewhere else. Just being funny with me for no reason what so ever after I had spent a lot of money there and all they kept saying was if we deliver that back for nothing then we make no profit and just kept going on about the profit and money they make and their losses if they tried to help a customer. I then got no call Wednesday so rang the depo they said floors direct hasn’t sent it to them yet since they took it back, so rang floors direct back they said were sending it out tomorrow now because the lorry was too full, but yet no one was going to let me know this. Finally got the floor delivered and it is bad quality it’s laid now and been down 2 weeks the floor is chipping away at the corners and some panels were chipped in the box but due to my earlier experience with customer services team I had too much anxiety to call back and send them back.

Thanks to Jameel and Ramzaan. I went and chose my carpets today and had them fitted the exact same day! And they did a smashing job too! Couldn’t recommend these guys more! Keep it up.

Best price online for Quick Step LVT flooring. Items were in stock and were shipped quickly and the flooring looks very nice. I would recommend anyone looking for LVT to check out Floors Direct first to get a competitive quote.

I ordered 4 square metres of Livyn vinyl tiles. The price was very competive. These arrived extremely well packed and protected, although the package was very heavy and impossible to lift. Only 4 stars, because the delivery did not arrive on the day stated, after waiting in, but arrived the next day when we were out. These have not been laid yet.

Ordered samples 7th November for which I was charged £11.95 postage. Status despatched 8th. Emailed a week later as not arrived. Said they’d resend them. Emailed a week later to be told it takes a few days to cut the samples. Still waiting. Gave up. Ordered from somewhere else.
