Compre dos libros en una editorial de España el 18 de Julio del 2023 que presuntamente entregaban el 4 de septiembre, realizaron el envío a tráves de Asendia y a la fecha de hoy 08/09/202023, no han llegado y la pagina solo señala en transito.

Colis Bloqué en Douane Le colis est bloqué en douane depuis le 2 aout 2023. il se promene de centre en centre sur le suivi Asendia aucune information disponible auprès de La poste Française.

Worst customer service ever. Paid a customs charge then returned the items so was entitled to a refund but have had radio silence despite numerous attempts to contact them. Have asked what the complaints procedure is but no reply.

Waited more than 1 week for my package and now delivery status says "Delivered" - but I wonder where? I haven't received it! Where is your proof of delivery? Who has my package?! This company doesn't feel legit.

When I shop at Wiggle I always used to have DHL as my courier and I would receive my parcel within 3 calendar days (from UK to Canada). On August 28 I bought again, but Wiggle decided to use ASENDIA as a courier and it has been the worst experience. Since August 29 I have not heard from my package, it says that it was arriving in August 31 and the worst... I need it a.s.a.p. because I have a running competition on September 8th. BTW my tracking number is 2010555617618366 if anyone from ASENDIA is reading this...

My package has been lost for two months now. Asendia USA says it is held by customs in France, and they cannot do anything about it. The package was sent from the USA to an address in the Netherlands so why was it sent to France anyway?

Mi pedido está sin actualizar hace más de 8 días EEUS003512907CO0 mi pedido no se dónde está asta el momento y cuando les envío un correo para pedir información me dicen que está en la aduana colombiana, pero resulta que cuando me comunico con la aduana ellos me dicen que debo pedirle información a los de Asendia Usa con qué empresa de envíos local hicieron el envío al destino y los de Asendia no me dan respuestas

Buen día me realizaron un envío desde España para Colombia desde el día 14 de julio y a la fecha en el rastreo de la guía sigue apareciendo en transito a destino de ha actualizado 2 veces con la misma información solo cambia la fecha ASES20001770633011

Awful. Have attempted to reach out four times now regarding a package shipped on the 5th of July with no update or contact from ASENDIA. Do not send your stuff with them.

Colis pris en otage chez eux en réclamant des frais de douanes non justifiés. Aucune information de leur part. Aucune réponse à mon mail. Même si je voulais payer les frais de douanes je n'aurais pas pu le faire. Une honte.

Encore une fois un échec de livraison : "destinataire absent" Je travail à la maison, il y a une sonnette fonctionnelle et sonore. Seulement, il faut chercher un peu l'adresse car c'est un chemin impasse. Les livreurs Amazon me trouvent toujours, Laposte et associés préfèrent dire que je suis absent. C'est rageant, et à part mettre un avis sur le net, je suis totalement impuissant : pas de possibilité de les contacter ou de mettre un commentaire sur mon n° de suivi.

This company are fraud and thief! They steal my expensive watch ! I have order watch from Amazon they email me that we will deliver your parcel on 22 august I waited they didn’t deliver then they make promise that we will deliver on 26 August again they fail to deliver then they make another promise that we will deliver on 29 august and today they email me that we have lost your watch we are sorry you can contact your seller and claim your money! What a shame ! They are looters and professionals thief !

Any time I place an order online and the seller uses Asendia, I know I'll be waiting forever to receive my parcel. It's ridiculous how f**king slow they are.

My package EY591975737US has been stuck on processed by US carrier for 5 days. No updates at all. I'm a regular buyer and seller on ebay and I've never had this trouble taking so long to receive a package.

Des NULS !!! Se mettre à deux entreprises, avec la promesse de « combiner l’expérience et l’expertise de …» et fournir un service aussi mauvais, c’est vraiment flippant d’incompétence. Ces dernières semaines j’ai acheté des produits chez des vendeurs variés et sur différents continents, et j’ai systématiquement la même expérience: - le vendeur dépose le colis et m’informe du dépôt (avec numéro de suivi etc) - Le status du colis Asendia ne bouge pas pendant une semaine - Au bout de 8 jours le status change, et au fil des jours je vois mon colis faire des aller / retours entre plusieurs pays… Aucune date de livraison estimée, aucune hotline, aucun chat, même pas un chatbot débile, juste un site corporate avec de belles promesses marketing qui tranchent avec l’expérience utilisateur… Un formulaire de contact qui valide le formulaire quand on fait un retour à la ligne, et même pas de réception d’une copie du mail. Bien entendu aucune réponse…. Quand on est à ce niveau généralisé de dysfonctionnement, je ne peux pas croire que ce ne soit pas intentionnel. Parce TOUS les éléments de la chaîne sont mauvais.
