Hace dias enviaron mi pedido con número de seguimiento EEUS002891224MX0 y no tiene movimiento ya hace días se supone me llegaría el 2 de agosto hasta ahora no me ha llegado nada.

J attend toujours et encore mon colis qui devait arriver le 28 juillet ( date buttoir) .Cela fait plus d une semaine qu il n y a rien dans ma boîte aux lettres !! On me met toujours cette fameuse phrase "En acheminement ,mais en retard " Un cd importé des USA et assez onéreux !! Que devient le colis quand ce n est pas livré ? Cette livraison n est pas performante mais décadente

I ordered a sweater that was supposedly shipped by Asendia. When I enter this particular website I get a warning message. Not too long ago I got a text message that asked for my address that said I was receiving a package which keep in mind made no sense since they should already have my address since I paid through PayPal via shipping address. Currently trying to resolve and get my money back.

Commande passé le 17 juillet soit disant livré en 10 jours. Or nous sommes le 3 août et toujours rien. Mais sur leur site de menteur , livré a la maison le 1 août . J étais a la maison personne a livré , sonné ou quoique ce soit. Impossible à joindre un sav ou autre. Bref une belle bande de glands incompetents et encore je suis poli. Si vous ne savez pas faire votre travail , faites autre chose , ou au pire soyez honnête , dites que vous avez perdu le colis. Parce que a cause de votre nullité , je peux pas me faire rembourser un colis que je n' ai pas reçu .

Tras escribirles 3/4 veces para saber el estado de mi pedido sigo sin saberlo ya que ni contestan. El pedido se actualizo el 28 de julio como enviado en “vuelo” y a día de hoy sigue así. Tenia fecha aproximada de entrega entre el 31 y el 7 de agosto. Pésimo.

My package has been stuck in Auckland airport (New Zealand) for over a week. I contacted support and not only did they try and pass the blame to the supplier, they also said packages en route to New Zealand is experiencing delays, despite their own tracking stating the package was already in New Zealand. This is super frustrating as I made this order far in advance, expecting it be delivered on Saturday 29th July. Now I most likely won't receive my goods in time, which is also disappointing.

Es la segunda vez que tengo un servicio pesimo con esta empresa. La tienda proveedora ha reenviado el producto despues de un falso ausente y una devolución a origen son contactar conmigo. He intentado contactar por e-mail y por llamada con Asendia y no hay forma humana de hacerlo. Ahora este segundo envio me lo marcan como entregado y no declaran a quién, porque a mi no. He vuelto a contactar pero de nuevo no voy a obtener respuesta. En fin 14€ de transporte para nada, no pienso comprar nada que sea enviado por esta agencia, deplorable.

Am 11 Juli 23 einen Helm bestellt in Italien. Der wurde am 12 Juli Asendia Italien übergeben. Ich sollte dann eine Tracking Nachricht direkt erhalten. Tagelang nichts. Und dann diese Meldungen. 28 Jul, 2023 08:15 Check-in Asendia facility Asendia Italy (Milano) 25 Jul, 2023 09:07 Departed Asendia facility Asendia Italy (Milano) 06:53 Check-in Asendia facility Asendia Italy (Milano) 24 Jul, 2023 18:48 Manifest created 08:32 Label printed Also das Paket hat Milano verlassen wohin weiß keiner und wurde Tage später wieder eingecheckt. Nach den Bewertungen drunter ist es wohl besser ich schalte E-Bay ein.

I mean what can I say that hasn’t already been said? Shipping from the US to Canada through Asendia is absolutely abysmal. If you’re ordering something for an event (say Christmas or a birthday) give yourself at least a 2-month lead time if the company ships using Asendia. And that’s being optimistic. I recently placed an order through Barnes & Noble (July 13th), shipping confirmation was sent the following day, and as of today (July 28th) the tracking still says it’s awaiting courier pick up. Who takes two weeks to even accept the parcel?! I wish I could say this is the first time this has happened (spoiler, it’s not) as I had ordered a Christmas present at the end of October last year and it arrived literally the last week before Christmas. It sits in limbo for months. Companies should state who they ship their international orders with, as I would never purchase something knowing it’s being shipped through Asendia. Yeah they might lose the sale, but it’s better than having to refund or send a second parcel just to continue to have a frustrated customer. Now I have to go find a new gift on short notice because Asendia can’t seem to be reasonable with their shipping times.

AW10000000536848 according to Amazon this package was passed to you 21 days ago on 6th July. Your system , three weeks later, shows no information. How long does it take to add info to your own tracking number??

I’d love Asendia to reply to this and let me know that occasionally things go wrong… This is the SECOND time my package has been lost in the ether. The first time, the tracking said the package had arrive in my country when it hadn’t. I contacted the seller to let them know and they agreed to send me a replacement for the missing package. Unfortunately they used Asendia again and guess what….package #2 has now spent 2 weeks sitting in a distribution centre in Palatine according to the tracking - didn’t even make it to Elk Village! Of course customer services aren’t responding to my emails. The comments are limited on all their insta posts which is always telling 👀….I’ll be certain to check which shipping company is being used in future before buying anything, that’s for sure

It has been 6 days, and my shipment status still says shipment information received!!! There have been no updates at all! Pedi un paquete en ebay que deberia de llegar el 1 de agosto y hoy a 4 dias de cuando deberia de llegar el paquete solo sale Dispatched by US Carrier, y desde que mandaron el paquete tarda muchismos dias en actualizar su movimiento, 305000187365570A01C89Z y he mandado correo y nunca contestan

Amazon updated me with an Asendia tracking number. ETA of package went from 20th July to 'running late' on Amazon while Asendia could not track their own tracking number. After 4 emails, 3 calls and no further replies, I gave up and requested a refund from Amazon. Asendia, why is your customer service and tracking so pathetically impoverished????

I ordered a package on the 15th of june. It’s been a whole month and my tracking status still hasn’t been updated. I requested for them to contact me 3 times, they have never answered. If you ever see that Asendia is the one who’s going to take care of your parcel, order from a different site. This trash company has robbed me of my package and are not going to answer. I’m in the process of taking legal action against this trash company. So please watch out for these crooks!
