As an e-commerce seller, my customer has not received a packaged purchased through my shop. It has been more than 35 days since the package was sent CY123428501US Original Tracking Number: CY123428501US it says its still in transit however usps has not even yet received the package sent through asendia. Seriously? I understand it is still in transit but on the detaials of the tracking it says that it barely just cleared custom clerance, a month after? UPDATE 1/25/2022. Asendia has been able to provide me with more details affirming that packages that I sell to international customers are currently delayed at Airport. Thanks Asendia team! I've contacted my suppliers for this product and your information has been a contribution as well! 5 starts

Edit re reply: original tracking number AHOY1HDWW31Q, Additional tracking number MS8000877456 Ordered an item from US to AUS on 30.12.22 paid 1st Class Package International. I have purchased similar items before from the US and received the order within a week, 3.5 weeks later and my parcel has been in Auckland NZ since 20.1.23! Why did it go to NZ? 25.1.23 AND STILL WAITING FOR MY ITEM

My parcel is not delivered for more than a month although it is said that it was Handled by local carrier on Friday, December 30. It's almost a month ago! How can I contact Asendia to get my parcel?

So, Asendia, thank you for replying to my review here. I have indeed gotten in contact with the seller and they have reshipped my order with the tracking number 00006675210021387459. They also offered a refund, but I really want my package. The seller is not the problem. The problem is both a mixture of the failed Guatemalan postal system and YOU guys. I still have another package with the seller, I hope someone from your end could contact me and track the whereabouts of my package, or tell me with whom they work locally in Guatemala for me to see if I can collect it. As mentioned, I filled out the form but you guys are not in contact with me yet. I hope we can figure it out and that you reply to your contact forms. Thank you for replying, but I need a solution from YOUR end.

I normally receive parcels from the UK within a week. Well in this case I am waiting over 2 weeks now and without separate tracking number from AnPost I would never known that my parcel is somehow held by customs in England because Asendia doesn't update their tracking info. National Clearance Hub advised me to contact delivery company and I have emailed them multiple times to sort that out but they obviously DO NOT REPLY! Will never use this joke of a company again. Just gives me headache! Very unprofessional! (Hoping they will reply on here: Tracking number: IF0865288400 ) Reply to the below: NO, IT WILL NOT BE DELIVERED TO ME IN IRELAND BECAUSE YOU RE-DELIVERED THIS TO THE SELLER IN THE UK BECAUSE YOU FAILED TO SEND AN INVOICE SO THEY CAN PAY CUSTOMS/TAX AND SEND THIS TO ME. Now I am left with no money and no parcel, you bunch of unprofessional scammers!

I've had about 4 previois packages all turn up with asendia in the past Until lately. Theres been a massive problem of label created but not changing for 3 weeks.. looking like ove been massively lied to by mymallbox. Mainly by a lady called yuliadia or something. Today a lady called Deborah messaged us and was much more respectful considering id finally snapped. And all of a sudden the label created and claimed shipped several weeks back now that parcel has reappeared at mymallbox with a new tracking number for ups. So mymallbox have had asendia blamed for nothing. Asendia need to do more to help though with these logistics companies as the label paid for was to them

Habe am 22.12 bei ego.co.uk bestellt und meine bestellung ist immer noch nicht da.Tracken kann ich mein packet auch nicht.Ich bin sehr enttäuscht und dies wird auch folgen mit sich ziehen wenn ich mein packet nicht bekomme. meine bestell nummer ist 81019142668820

I wouldn't even give Asendia a single star, because they are one of the worst shippers I have had to deal with. Right now they have four different orders from eBay, and their own tracker doesn't work with their own tracking numbers. The have had three of the four packages for a month now, and I have no idea where they are, but do see Ascendia Spain and Asendia Switzerland on another tracker, when the packages are from the US, coming here to Mexico.

Scam at it's best. Aufpassen und auf keinen Fall den Dienst in Anspruch nehmen. Habe mein Paket von beautybay nie erhalten. Angeblich sei es am Ziel angekommen. Bestellt wurde zur Packstation. Habe nie eine Abholbenachrichtigung bekommen. Beautybay will das Geld nicht erstatten. Hier arbeiten Betrüger.

I have ordered an item on etsy and the seller sent it by asendia, I got an update on juanuary 10 that the parcel is in France and it hasn't moved since then and I am in Turkey and I don't know when the parcel will get to Turkish customs. and costumer service won't reply my order number 420917169400109206094768850206

Na een dikke week te wachten op een pakje ben ik gaan kijken naar de verzendstatus, lag het pakje blijkbaar al te wachten in een ophaalpunt na een poging tot thuislevering. Het enige probleem is dat er niets in de brievenbus is achtergelaten en er ook nergens online staat waar dit ophaalpunt is. Ik had bij de andere reviews gelezen dat deze soms ook via andere services verzonden worden zoals PostNL maar ook bij deze services vind ik niets. Uiteindelijk heb ik asendia zelf gecontacteerd (e-mail ingeven en tekstje schrijven wat er mis is) maar na 5 dagen heb ik nog geen antwoord gekregen. Het probleem dat ik nu erbij heb gekregen is dat ik na het ingeven van mijn mail elke dag phising mails krijg in mijn inbox. Dit is gestegen na ik mijn mail heb doorgegeven. Helemaal niet tevreden met de service van Asendia

I have ordered a package from USA 18 days ago, supposedly with full tracking for quite some price, more expensive from anything I've payed to other shipping companies. The package did not arrive, tracking says it's stuck somewhere in Netherlands, last tracking day the 9th January, that is more than a week ago. I wrote to Asendia USA customer service, didn't get an answer yet. I wish I would have read reviews of the company before I attempted to use their services. Won't do that again.

I’ve emailed this company several times, no reply, not even an auto reply of “thanks, we’ll be in touch shortly.” It’s like I emailed a black hole. The package in question left the USA for Australia on November 30th, and has been sitting in Australia since Dec 14th, with a note of “delay” All I want is for my customer to get their order, why can’t you, a shipping company, make that happen when you’ve had their order for over a month and a half now?? Absolutely appalling service - I wish that I could give them ZERO stars. I bought an item from Etsy USA and the tracking showed that on 4 January 2023 it had passed through Australian Customs and had been picked up by the carrier Asendia. It's now 17 January and my package hasn't arrived and I have had no word from Asendia and no tracking updates since 4 January. I live in metro Melbourne so my address is easy for them to find. EPIC FAIL!!! My tracking number is: 00393580940006136263

I have recently purchased a graphic t-shirt from a lovely independent brand who shipped out the shirt with this company, Asendia. I got a notification on the 12th of January that it had been shipped out and that my tracking information was available. for the past 4 days, all that it has said is that the information was received at Asendia hub rodgau (SCL).
