Pakket al 12 dagen in Duitse hub (vanuit Barcelona). Geen melding van enige vooruitgang. Klantendienst reageert niet op dagelijkse mail sinds 4 dagen naar "contactcenter".

Printify, a terrible review is coming their way as well, uses Asendia for orders in Europe. My order's tracking status is currently 'available at pick up point'. There's no information about where this pick up point is. After getting in touch with them twice about this situation I haven't got an answer. My package is somewhere in my country. I don't know where.

My item (tracking # 6JSNXGKEYMYYNPFBWMSSE7) has not updated. Since July 13 tracking only says "Shipment Information Received". Why is there no further tracking as it is now July 20. What sort of tracking service is this if it doesn't track? Edit: While waiting for a response to Asendia's reply that they "do not have my package", the seller emailed me and said Asendia is "upgrading their facility but have assured us that your order is still in transit". So, which is it - is updating your facility the problem or are you still claiming you do not have my package?? Further EDIT: 10 days AFTER my item shipped, it FINALLY started tracking. Totally ridiculous.

Commande aliexpress envoyer par Asendia en France . Mais qui diable laisse ce genre d’entreprise fonctionner ? On dirait plus un système de vol qu’autre chose. Livraison en 10 jours garantie , nous sommes le 9e jours et on me marque échec de la livraison Absence avis impossible pourtant je suis là , zéro mail pour une relance future ou un appel quedal , y’a toutes mes informations qui sont marqués. Le colis est pas chère ça va mais j’en ai encore d’autre en cours et j’ai peur d’avoir encore à faire à ce transporteur. Avec les avis que j’ai lu ici ben le problème c’est eux , comment c’est possible qu’ils puissent continuer par exister malgré ttes ces plaintes ?

Something must be wrong with this company or they are stealing parcels from customers, all the reviews the parcels never arrived, am really frustrated, I haven't received my parcel. The last status arrived in destination germany on 31st May 2023. I called asendia they told me to contact dhl, I call dhl they said the parcel was shipped using a competitor and not dhl. And that I should contact asendia. No help at all am really frustrated, this is the message from DHL "(Thank you for your message. We are very sorry that you have not received your shipment yet. We do not know the consignment number you sent and it indicates that your consignment was not handed over to Deutsche Post but to a competitor. We recommend that you contact the sender and ask them to contact the foreign postal company and initiate an investigation. Only this company knows which transport company took over your shipment. We are sorry that we cannot give you any other communication.)" Looking forward to hear from asendia.

Habe vor ca 3 Monaten aus den USA bestellt, ca 2 Wochen später sollte das dann zugestellt werden, jedoch landete das Paket an der falschen Adresse und ist seitdem auf dem Rückweg. Die Sendungsverfolgung aktualisiert sich seit 1 1/2 Monaten nicht mehr, E-Mails werden nicht beantwortet, per Telefon bin ich nur einmal durchgekommen.

Votre service client est réactif mais les réponses sont nulles, et aucun rapport, quand je déclare d'avoir pas reçu mon colis depuis xx jours et vous répondez simplement "Le colis est pas fournit avec un tracking" pourtant vous avez le n° du colis, même colissimo peut suivre ses colis, mais pas vous et vu vos réponses automatiques ici, vous êtes pas fiable du tout pas besoin de votre réponse standard "Hello, We are very sorry to hear you are frustrated and would like to try to help. If you have concerns over a lost parcel, please contact the seller to see if they can refund you or send you another shipment. If they need to raise a claim with us, they will do so, and we will in turn raise a claim with our delivery partner in your country. Asendia are hopeless. Despite being a postage and tracking company, they actually do not track Ur package. A number is generated as a tracking number, you believe you have a parcel labelled for you on its way ...and then poof...that tracking number was just a random number pulled out of the sky that doesn't exist in the tracking system. When you try to get customer support the representative of asendia will tell you you can't track Ur package because of covid in July 2023... Lol this company is PATHETIC. I have not once been able to track a package with this company and IF ur parcel arrives it takes over a month, more! But you can't track it so you don't even know if it exists...there is no point in tracking with asendia, because they are incapable of this. This company is terrible. If you can find Ur item from a company who does not use asendia as couriers, go with them. DO NOT USE ASENDIA!

Awful, I ordered a package 22 DAYS AGO, and not only has it been at a sorting center since July 1st, but it's been there since then, hasn't moved at all. days have gone by and not a single update handed over to me, it has taken way too long. If I ever end up getting this shipping service again I'm cancelling my order, because at this rate I'm not sure I'm getting my package or not, I'll definitely be looking for a refund if the second given date passes and I still haven't gotten my package, Do better.

Tracking NO. LQ094421407SG First and worst experience ever as anyone is already familiar with this joke of a company. I run a small business and recently had a parcel bound for US but receiver checked the tracking information and found that the parcel was delivered to Singapore instead. Reached out to customer support multiple times with no response. (I'm sure you're gonna respond with the same old template for this rating) so decided to contact Easyship as they manage my shipments. After some investigation it turns out that the shipment was handed over to USPS and delivered on 23/06 BUT RECEIVER DID NOT SIGN FOR THE PARCEL or received it.
