This yr was Lola's 1st yr working on the USGPO acct. She has done a wonderful job & is so kind & easy to work with. USGPO can be very overwhelming. My package is said to be 'delivered', but I have not received anything: not a package, nor a note on where it might have been delivered instead. Writing here, as it seems this is the only place where you actually respond to customers… Tracking: DJ0000046974 Please clarify where this package is located? WHICH pickup point, other carrier, ... ? And please don't tell your customers to contact their seller or whoever else for more information - it is YOUR job to provide this information - customers cannot for the life of it contact all kinds of random pickup points to hunt for their package, that is insane! If you can do tracking, you can also give information about where it was finally dropped off. That's kind of the point of tracking, I think. Not that hard. I have written about this twice already via your contact form, but received no reply whatsoever. Is it possible to contact you by phone?

This is my continuation about my previous missing package. I have done going to our local post here in Australia but they have not receive it. Because when you trace it using final mile carrier tracking number is it was delivered on Melbourne, Victoria but Victoria is so big and theres no specific location and where they put the package and who receive it. The content of that package is a kobe shirt color black and printed yellow logo. It is very hard for me to trace who deliver it and to whom they gave. Can u trace Asendia about this person who deliver and to whom he gave and location? I ask the seller but he said it is out of his jurisdiction because once it was out in America, its not his responsibility anymore. It was just a shirt but it is special to me because Im fan of Kobe. I hope you understand. Thank you.

They started doing the USPS/ CANADA POST delivery for Ebay. It was a small package..just a pair of Nike Wristbands from EBAY USA. It may have taken a couple of extra days more than usual..but hey..the package was left right outside my Apt. door. So no complaints here..and they did an excellent job in my opinion. So thanks, and I won't hesitate to use them again.

Hello, I ordered two items from Etsy from the USA that have been sent by Asendia. My first package was sent on the 7th Jan and I have had no updates since the 12th January where the info was "dispatched by US carrier" Tracking number : LS576702206CH The second was also posted from the USA on 12th January and I have had no updates since the 17th January where info was "dispatched by US carrier" Tracking number: LS577377675CH I have since ordered things from the US with an alternative carrier that have arrived in less than a week with full tracking at every step. Could you please help me locate my parcels so I can know when to expect them? Thanks so much in advance.

I ordered some items from the U.S on Tuesday and they arrived with the final leg in the U.K being with DPD on Sunday. If I'd had read these reviews first then I'd probably have been hesitant but all tracking was updated regularly and personally I experienced no issues at all.

Literally the Ass-end (ia) of any logistics chain. Packages left in warehouse for weeks - Zero customer service response. Throw your mail into the sea in a bottle. It has a better chance of arriving than being sent with these clowns. EEUS000157736CA Contact Broadreach they say: Nothing says professional than Ipsum Lorem used all over their pages - Also all the fields in the contact form are incorrect: asking you to insert email in the surname field and a phone number in the email field. And, to make things even better Broad Reach's website is "Powered" by Ass-endia. Lets see if they respond. I won't hold my breath. Oh, and Broad Reach - Is also an Ass-endia company.

I have been waiting for almost two weeks just to be able to track my order. There's no updates and I have no idea if the order is even being shipped. the only thing that the website says is ''Shipment Information Received'' and there's no way to know anything else. I don't even know when it's supposed to arrive anymore.

I have the same bad experience with Asendia as the rest of this planet. My order from 29 december 2022 stil didn't arrived, today 25 januari 2023. But considering Asendia brings packages from USA to The Netherlands on foot, the wasted time si understandable. trackingnumber F77J4AZC1020 Because of a new international law (actually 3 years old allready), when we (Europe) purchase from USA, we pay the taxes (in the same time with the product price and shipping) too. I guest Asendia does't know this yet, that's why it allways bring our packages to "customs" (while teh customs are paid since december 2022), so the package collects dust a few month there too, so the customers can be pleased with Asendia servuces. DHL never brinbgs the packages to the customs, only "slides" teh packages through customs, because the scanning of it telles immediatelly the tax were paid and the package shoud go on to the clients. Asendia has NO rules nor agreement with ANY official or nonofficial institutions, in which case I don't knwo what are they doing in shipping bussines, where contacts and agrreemenst with import institutions are MANDATORY. I got packages from China in a third of the time Asendia brings it from NY to Amsterdam by plane (in 8 hours actually, but Aseendi is allways glad to make it a month or more. So the client can be happy ;)). Thetre si NO shipping Company on earth wich needs the shipping time used by Asendia. In short, I wonder what's wring with these people??? How come DHL and other companies can deliver 10 times quicker then Asendia, through the same routes (plane, custom, client) as Asendia. WHY the customs time takes a few minutes with DHL, and 2 or 3 weeks with Asendia? It's the same customs, plane, country eetc. So the problem is NOT elsewhere, but at Asendia.

I ordered a parcel and it has not been received, i have tried to reach out to Asendia several times and have yet to hear a word from them. My package arrived in Australia on the 7th of Jan and I haven’t seen anything from them yet. I have reached out to the seller and they have not been able to look into it. tracking number is UO048927275AU.
