A shame it is not possible go give zero stars! This company was responsible for the shipment from the US to Europe where it was handed over to the local DPD office. From there, everything was wrong. DPD handed my package over to a DPD Parcelshop which turned out to be an abandoned factory building. Nor DPD neither its Parcelshop reply to my emails or phone calls. I have contacted Asendia several times, only to be told they cannot do anything and that I should contact the seller on Amazon who is absolutely not responsible for what has happened as he shipped to order in good faith. I have told Asendia several times that DPD does not reply to my messages, and Asendia keeps telling me to contact DPD...I have given up. Products for $200 will be lost forever, and I paid almost $70 delivery costs for something I never received. Asendia + DPD = a shopper´s worst nightmare!

Asendia is just rubbish, Jan 17th delivery from NL to GER, hardly 1000km. Takes 3 weeks? Took a detour over france, was sitting there for a week. The seller already states on his site that packages get lost frequently and they have a standard procedure to alleviate Asendias incompetency. I can not imagine how one can screw up so hard. Asendia responds with AI messages that say nothing but "We care about your experience". NO you obviously do not, and you couldn't show this more clearly. From now on I'll ask every seller if he uses Asendia, and then refuse to buy there.

What does Asendia do before triple or quadruple your shipping time? Seriously I wish that companies like Free People would notify shoppers they’re using this service before purchase. I would avoid them if I could- they’re absolutely awful been waiting for an order for a month…nada. Just sitting in Kentucky and not moving. What’s the point?

The Tracking is a complete disaster it showed till yesterday evening that i received new information on a package that it is in Europe the 6 days prior to that only gave me the information that it was still somewhere in america. Today the package arrived and everything popped up for example with the info that the package was send to europe on the 23 rd already

Sin ningún problema, incluso te ayudan en el proceso del envío de tu pedido, se ponen en contacto contigo si es que hay un problema urgente, sólo con aduana es que no pueden ayudarte, en mi caso respondieron mis mensajes en unas horas aprox 12 teniendo un problema con los requisitos del envío (información adicional para poder pasar a otro país). La aduana retuvo mi pedido unos 5 días y después lo liberaron.

Meine Retoure an Belstaff vom 11.12.2024 ist nun seit 6 Wochen bei Asendia/SwissPost Basel blockiert und wird einfach nicht weitergeschickt. Daher erhalte ich auch kein Geld für die Rücksendung (hoher Betrag). Dadurch entsteht mir potentiell ein grosser Schaden. Mal schauen, wer haftet…Ich habe ihnen geschrieben und warte noch auf die Antwort. Ich kann, falls wählbar, nur von einer Zusammenarbeit mit Asendia abraten.

My parcel seems to have disappeared into a black hole. Dispatched from Sweden on the 13th of Jan to Ireland, Tracking info took forever to update and now find my parcel is somewhere in Germany since the 20th Jan and now it’s the 27th and still no update on tracking info. Contacted them and no reply whatsoever.

So etwas wie dieses grottenschlechte Logistikunternehmen habe ich noch nicht erlebt!!! Die Bestellung war am 4.1.2025 bei Ebay und wurde aus den USA versendet. Jetzt nach 31 Tagen ist die Sendung bei mir immer noch nicht angekommen!!! Eine Unverschämtheit ist das!!! Scheinbar wurde hier nicht mit einem Flugzeug versendet sondern mit einem Containerschiff!!! Das schlimme ist wir alle haben keinen Einfluss drauf mit wem die Verkäufer bei Ebay versenden!!! Für das Logistikunternehmen, das alle Beschwerden immer von sich weist, eine Note 6 von mir! Ich kann Absendia.com nicht weiterempfehlen!!! Leute passt auf, Finger weg!!!

I buyed some clothes since december on ebay and they sent it by asendia, i been more than a moth waiting receiving to little info on the tracking but today i checked the status and apeared they made a delivery attempt, and it was faild the thing i nevere received a call or even now if this was intented to deliver from another logistic service from mexico, anyone know how can i re schedulle the delivery?

Worst shipping company in history. Complete fraud and doesn't even offer customer service for recipients. Managed to deliver a package in the wrong country and still claim correct delivery. Overpriced is understated. Their quality of service is criminally bad. Came here to warn others and then saw the average rating and could only laugh. Someone should be arrested and charged if a company is this bad. Second experience was just as bad. Shipment stuck for weeks in France, even though it was intended to go from the US to Germany...

Leider ist es nicht möglich keinen Stern zu vergeben!!! Der Transport von den USA nach Österreich wäre wahrscheinlich mit einem Bananendampfer oder einer Brieftaube schneller und zuverlässiger gewesen! Gekauft am 01.12.2024, zugesagte Lieferung zwischen 18.12. und 30.12.2024. Auch unter Berücksichtigung von Feiertagen zu Weihnachten und Neujahr dauerte es 32 Tage bis das Paket nach Österreich kam. Die letzten Infos in der Sendungsverfolgung waren am 03.01.2025 u. am 07.01.2025 aus denen hervorging das die Verpackung beschädigt ist. Danach weder eine Kontaktaufnahme wie es weiter geht, noch vielleicht gar eine Entschuldigung dafür was passiert ist. Ein Katastrophenverein! Schlechter geht es nicht, Hände weg!

Wenn ich beim grossen T aus China bestelle, liefert Asendia mit Abstand am schnellsten. Auch die Handhabung meiner Sendung ist immer vorsichtig, ich habe selten Schäden wie bei anderen Zustellern. Ich kann Asendia nur empfehlen. 5 Sterne!

Ich frage mich, was das soll. Für 70€ Versandkosten kann ich doch schon mehr erwarten, als eine Versanddauer von über 1 Monat über den Teich. Wenn ich der Trackinginfo glauben schenken darf wurde das Paket mit USPS im US-Inland verschickt, dann hat sich das Paket in die Schweiz teleportiert (was 2 Wochen dauerte) von dort wurde es nach Frankreich geschickt und nun mit DHL von Frankreich nach Deutschland. WTF Nie wieder!

Why is it that you need a password when you are trying to track your package? The link in your mail is obviously a joke. If you don’t want people to be able to track their orders just take that option away from the mail. I have no idea where my package is. I have mo password sent to me.

D’une incompétence sans nom!! J’ai passé une commande sur un site qui est passé par ce transporteur et QUELLE ERREUR!!! Au vues des commentaires je ne comprends meme pas que le site ait pris cette initiative mais SOIT. Je n’ai toujours pas reçu mon colis commandé DEBUT JANVIER alors que j’avais choisi la livraison express pour une bonne raison. Les site sur lequel j’ai commandé n’était jamais passé via cette entreprise et tout s’était toujours bien passé jusqu’à présent. Le SAV du site sur lequel j’ai commandé se démène pour me donner des réponses et le SAV d’Asendia ne répond jamais. Ni à moi, ni au SAV. Je suis extrêmement insatisfaite et je n’ai pas l’impression d’être la seule. J’aurais voulu mettre un zero mais c’est impossible alors ce sera un 1.

An irreplaceable item dispatched from the US through eBay's international fulfilment service was tracked by Asendia through to having cleared customs on 11th Jan. It then sat in that state for a week until mysteriously the entire tracking history was erased and rewritten to indicate that the "shipper has refused onward service". eBay to their credit has issued a refund but the item is an irreplaceable piece of vintage tech that cannot be replaced and will now probably be lost forever. Asendia are a pinnacle of ineptitude and it would be impossible to imagine worse service; there's no way whatsoever for me to reach anyone there to find out what went wrong. EDIT: To be fair to Asendia the item eventually did turn up, taking a month to travel from the US. During this time it appears to have possibly made more than one journey to the UK and then back to the US - it's hard to tell, given that Asendia overwrote the original tracking history. I did reach out to Asendia's customer 'service' prior to this, and they simply said that they had never received the item in the first place. A follow-up message which showed eBay's tracking history, refuting this, was simply ignored. So while I do accept that any company that ships millions of items will mislay some, the service provided to the customer falls far, far below the standard you might expect. To compare and contrast, Fedex had trouble delivering an item recently. I went down to the local branch office and a staff member there spent 20 minutes locating it and did finally succeed. I thanked him and he said 'that's what we're here for'. I don't think anyone who works for Asendia has the same work ethic, I'm afraid.
