United Kingdom | 24 September 2024Used them for first time last month , be aware they use Royal Mail so might arrive 2-3 days later and flowers were wilted . Poor customer service who were not interested when I emailed them as it was over the 14 day period that one can feedback . I never leave bad feedback but they seemed not to care . So I thought would make others aware . It was embarrassing as I sent it for friends birthday and cost me £38 .

United Kingdom | 21 September 2024Ordered Royal Velvet for our September wedding anniversary - turned up on time but the Quantity and Quality were far less than pictured- it was also missing the Aster which represents September- I emailed customer service wanting a replacement and was just told it was a issue with quality from their supplier and they had the right to send me a substitution...I wouldn't mind the substitution so much but what I received is just so poor.

They have refused to provide a refund and are making excuse after excuse rather than deal with it. It’s not the money but the whole ethos of this company. I would never deal with them again. Their attitude stinks!

United Kingdom | 18 September 2024Delivery never came, Order was supposed to be delivered on the 13th it is now the 18th - 5 days late and still not here. Staff refused a refund as ‘it’s on the way’. Terrible service , waste of time, waste of money. A birthday card posted a week later than the chosen delivery date is not acceptable.

I purchased a postal delivery bouquet, (Charlotte), to be delivered for my sister's birthday. The item arrived exactly on the day promised. I have always been happy with the service/products I have ordered. This time I was able to see it in person and the flowers were beautiful!! Full marks all round!

We had to pick a delivery date, costing £3.99, which we chose Saturday 14th as that was our friend’s 60th birthday. That gave them 4 days to deliver them. We had an email confirmation on Wednesday, confirming our requested delivery of the 14th, yet still they were NOT delivered on the 14th, instead they were delivered the day after. There is absolutely No point delivering the flowers late, not even on her birthday. Very disappointed..!!!

This resulted in the plant not being discovered until I asked them what they thought of it 3 days later. Reporting this to Bunches they very promptly replaced the plant and with a better pot.
