I ordered the Mauve Magic which was exactly what I was looking for to complete a project based on the colour purple. The flowers are wonderful and the colours just as shown; the parcel arrived very well packaged on the day stated. However, I had believed (mistakenly perhaps – I’ve never ordered flowers online before) that the flowers would be arranged in the bouquet just as shown on the website. Unfortunately, they arrived all separate within the box and I had to trim and arrange them myself – and I’m not the world’s best flower arranger! This is only a ‘niggle’, but I honestly expected to receive a bouquet (albeit in bud for later maturing as stated) already professionally arranged that I could just place straight into a vase. Please be aware that you’ll have to arrange the flowers yourself. Bunches did, though, offer a very good service at a reasonable price with beautiful flowers; it was just disappointing not to receive a ‘bouquet’ as shown on the website.

There was a bit of confusion over the delivery address but I was kept well informed and the flowers were delivered on time. My friend said they were gorgeous. I would highly recommend Bunches.

What has happened to Bunches? I have spent a lot of money and ordered many times I ordered flowers to be delivered on 5/9/24 , they are still in the Royal mail sorting office 06/9/24 customer service could not less they have lost another customer

The website is very easy to use and I found what looked like a very nice bouquet very quickly. (I haven't actually seen it myself but my friend seemed very happy with it.) I have not used Bunches for a few years but have always been happy with it in the past and I feel sure they have not deteriorated.
