The worst flowers I have ever ordered, dead on arrival so limp, I even messaged the company but no response. Total waste of money the sad thing really is that I sent them to someone who adjust lost there mum

Late to arrive - missed the recipient’s birthday. Embarrassingly poor quality - had to remove many stems due to wilting. Customer services were not remotely bothered. Will not be using again.

Shocking quality, not even on a par with petrol station flowers, plus over twice the price. To top it all, delivery was two days late.

We had an issue with a neighbor taking the gift and opening it when it wasn’t addressed to them and leaving just the card with food all on it with no flowers or chocolate, I contacted the team and they re-sent the flowers free of charge, they were so keen to resolve this even though it had nothing to do with them, one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had, amazing company!

It pains me to have to leave a one-star review when what I'd prefer to do is leave a no-star review or, even better, a minus-five star review. My experience with Bunches left both me and the recipient of the flowers with a sour taste. Take no note of the claim on their website that "Bunches doesn't exist simply to create profits. We want to make a difference to people and to our world." They DO exist simply to create profits. And if they made a difference to my world (and to my recipient's world) it was a very bleak difference, a sour one. Customer service is shocking. And the flowers that were delivered were just as shocking. It was the first time I had ordered from Bunches. And the last time too.

Flowers ordered and paid extra for next day delivery on a Saturday morning by 1pm. Unfortunately, the lady who they were for wasn’t in, she was next door. The house is in a remote area, and despite it being obvious what the parcel was, Royal Mail failed to leave the flowers. Went online on Monday morning to complain but they didn’t really want to know. Kept blaming the post and that it wasn’t guaranteed, despite the fact when you are ordering it says it is. Wasn’t bothered that the flowers were some 72 hours late being delivered, unwilling to send replacements. The lady received the flowers late morning and I’ve had to ask her about the quality of the flowers (feedback atm - they look like they need a good drink), telling her to report back to me if they are dying off within days. It’s shouldn’t be like this for a special surprised gift which was actually sent on behalf of my son. The flowers didn’t look anything like the photo either. First and last time using Bunches I’m afraid. So disappointed with the customer service. Sadly let down badly by Royal Mail. They need to reconsider who they use going forward. £7.99 for what wasn’t next day delivery!!!!!

Flowers sent special delivery for my daughter’s wedding anniversary did not arrive!!!! I will not use ‘Bunches’ again!!!! 😡

Failed to deliver flowers before some of them had died, despite the recipient being at home and waiting in specially for the delivery. Customer service response and assistance was terrible. Dead flowers to cheer up someone mourning the loss of a baby seems a bit of a cruel gift.

Flowers were easy to order and arrived on time

First time i’ve had a problem with Bunches….. the roses were all dead on arrival and had to be thrown straight away. Not a great way of thanking a close friend!

The flowers arrived when they said they would. The flowers were lovely and very n Christmas appreciated by the recipient who said they were very pretty.

The Bunches website is easy to use and they have always delivered on time. However, as I only use Bunches to send flowers to other people I cannot comment on the quality of the product.

Excellent service throughout. Flowers arrived when promised. Recipient was delighted with the quality. Kept fully informed throughout. Great value for money.

Worst company I have ever used, ordered flowers to be delivered on Wednesday and they never arrived. Called on Thursday very rude people on the phone, with no customer service skills. I was promised if not delivered by 6pm am automatic refund would be processed. That was another lie. I had to call again today and the guy was the most useless person I have ever talked to. Not even an appologies was given and a very ironic tone used. Make yourself a favour and runaway from this company. You over pay and they don’t deliver.

Flowers delivered on time for Mum's birthday and in great condition. My Mum loved them.

Found it easy to order and also to get next day delivery. However, I visited the friend to whom the flowers had been delivered, a couple of days later. The flowers were blooming but we were both surprised how very few there were. Nothing like the website photo! It was embarrassing! Not value for money, at all! I will not use Bunches again I’m afraid …back to M & S!
