First time iv used bunches, and definitely won't b the last, flowers were for my Auntie, and I was there when they were delivered Arrived, when they were ment to and they were absolutely beautiful So happy with them, will definitely be using them again

Been waiting since 15:8:24 for flowers to be delivered, was supposed to be a surprise, absolutely spoiled the surprise Up till now still haven’t been delivered

My houseplant was a gift. It arrived in an awful state, I tried hard to revive it then took ill. I complained to the company and they said I’d left it too late. I wouldn’t recommend this company. Live chat was awkward with bad English being used, so it took much longer. They just keep repeating the same cut n paste

Paid £27 for Garden mosaic bunch of flowers. Very disappointed with the size of flowers and they only lived 3 days before dying. Other websites like delightful flora or marks and Spencers are actually cheaper and have better flowers. I will not buy from bunches again. Far too expensive for very bang average flowers

I ordered flowers on Wed to be delivered sat.they were not delivered til sun.i feel like I missed the important day like an afterthought.i have been told it was because I chose royal mail.whatever it is what it is.i will never use them again.for others read the small print.a very dissatisfied customer.

I have tried most of the online deliveries of flowers/plants over the years. I have stuck to Bunches because of ease of ordering, tracking and never been let down on the due date for delivery. The thank you messages that come back have been full of praise for the flowers and I find the price is good as well. I hope this review has been helpful.

The flowers received did not resemble the bouquet advertised on the website. They were packaged with care and arrived in good order. however they were nowhere near the same quantity or of the advertised flower type. They were a sad disappointment and not of value for money. Shall not use this company for future occasions again.

I have used Bunches now for some time. Their flowers and plants are always beautiful and long lasting.

Overpriced, low quality flowers. All of the greenery included arrived dead beyond the point of saving, and a good chunk of the flowers look like there are mere moments from dropping off. Most of the flowers haven’t bloomed yet! Most are completely shut heads that have no chance of opening, obviously have been picked too early. I think there’s only a total of fifteen flowers (including all of the very nearly dead ones) when on the website it said there would be around 44 total flowers. That’s only 35% of the expected amount of flowers. Not to mention that all of the bouquets are around the £25 mark. Supermarket flowers are 5x cheaper, have the same amount of flowers, and are less likely to arrive dead. I can definitely understand that an issue in transit probably caused them to arrive dying, but even if they had arrived fresh and healthy I would still never repurchase. Much too expensive for the amount of flowers you receive, especially when those flowers are no better quality than the ones from Tesco.
