United Kingdom | 03 August 2024My order was part of a wedding gift hamper. Paid for next day deliver but did not arrive; Royal Mail lied about not being able to deliver it due to no one being home. Unable to contact Royal Mail or Brunches to enquire about the missed delivery due to timing of the day and week. Arrived the following day at 7.25pm and was no longer required. Unable to comment on the product itself as it has not been opened and will remain so for now.

Item did not arrive on the day and their response was “well our terms and conditions say that it can take up to 48hrs”. I ordered last week so they had plenty of time to organise. Back to M&S or Interflora in the future.

I contacted customer services about tracking info and they replied within a short time- even on a Sunday. Flowers lovely and arrived 2 days after ordering (Royal Mails delay). Very pleased!

The roses started drooping/dying in 2 days, & this was before any hot weather, so no excuse! But at least they answered the phone & fielded the complaint & hopefully have refunded our friend

Flowers arrived after 5pm with chocolates on top of flowers & stem feed sachet empty. The bouquet lasted about 4-5 days before deteriorating. Wrote a complaint to Bunches the day after with still no reply. Never again.

After ordering something a full 5 days before it was need they did not dispatch until it was already to late to be delivered on time and instead of omitting the mistake have taken to blaming the Royal mail.

I really liked the communications about delivery and the tracking. The flowers were delivered in the time window promised and looked beautiful according to the recipient and the photo she sent me!

United Kingdom | 14 July 2024The flowers were lovely but the ordering process through Bunchies website was an ordeal i dont want to experience again. The page contiually froze rendering the complete order tab non responsive so i didnt know if the order had gone through resulting in a duplicate order being delivered. The issue was immediatley raised with customer service requesting a refund becuase of the problems. They offered an insincere inane apology stating by placing the order i had agreed to their terms and condtions flatly refusing my request. They wouldnot accept the fact their site was experiencing I T issues. The ordering process was stressful annoying difficult and very frustrating which spoilt the shopping experience contrary to Bunchies statement of intent "Trusted for over 35 years, we’re committed to making sure your experience is perfect every time." I would not use Bunchies again!

United Kingdom | 13 July 2024Delivery isn’t guaranteed except at an additional cost which makes them unreliable for important occasions. They shouldn’t let you select a delivery date if it isn’t guaranteed! I’ll use another company next time.

Bermuda | 10 July 2024I have used Bunches for years and never once been disappointed. Completely reliable and their flowers are always like the photos on website. People always say how fantastic they are and the last delivery - July3- was to my mum who commented on how nice it was to ‘receive a bunch with some of the buds about to open rather than flowers about to die’.Another comment I got was’ the flowers you send are always so gorgeous how do I tell your sister to stop spending her money on a ludicrously expensive London flower shop she uses where the flowers always die within 3 days’ . You can’t go wrong with Bunches and the little add on treats are great. She particularly likes the slice of cake!
