Chose a beautiful bouquet Florists choice for my mum coming out of hospital. She thought they were gorgeous. They were delivered on the right day and the delivery communication was good. The flowers were nice.

I bought a bunches bouquet for my brother and his wife who were going through a rough time. I didn’t ask them about the bouquet as they were rather fragile at the time but the other day now they are much better, they told me out of the blue, how lovely the bouquet was and actually lasted a month! So pleased! Will definitely use bunches again!

The flowers arrived very very late in the day. They didn't arrive until around 9pm which is very late when they are fit someone's birthday. Flowers themselves were fine

I received a lovely Azalea as a get-well gift only on removing it from its courier box it was quite battered, with numerous branches detached. I would say that this was the courier's fault and NOT Bunches. However, it was still mighty disappointing. Having sent pictures of this sad little plant to Bunches. Their customer service team responded immediately - incredibly pleasant to deal with and replaced my plant immediately, which is beautiful. Super customer service, and will use them myself in the future, thank you, Louise
