Nice selection of flowers available, however I found these a bit expensive for the price. 14 stems for over £30 and a few we're foliage and not flowers.

Bunches never fails to deliver - in all senses of the word. I always send the letterbox flowers (which is a fantastic idea because you never know when somebody's going to be home) and my friends and family are thrilled - firstly, to be receiving flowers and then again, a day or two later, when the buds open out into full bloom.

the ordering process was easy, see what you wanted and click on it its that easy, price was not as much as I thought it would be, and flowers still going strong 2 weeks later.

Arrived on time - flowers recovered reasonably quickly and lasted longer than expected although never looked like the pictured bunch (presumably larger).

Another very dissatisfied customer. Sent a plant to a 91 year old lady in Nursing home for Christmas. I believe the plant arrived with the lady's name missing from address and having paid for greeting card, also missing. Neither Bunches or Wykebeck Nursing Home, Leeds anyway helpful and the lady never received plant. Bunches have no signature of receiver and I am £30 out of pocket! Nobody is prepared to solve problem!

I chose this bouquet because of the brilliant blue contrast of the thistles with the white blooms. I took photos of the flowers on arrival, in the delivery box, once I had placed them in a vase and today, 7 days later. First: the carnations (?)had budding stems down the main stem. I had to remove these as they would have been under water otherwise. I was taught at a very early age that you never have buds or leaves underwater. Second: the thistles never became blue and remain grey after 7 days. I will keep them and see what happens.

I will keep this short. Being a long time member things usually go well.. Two days ago ordered time sensitive flowers. . Very clear buttons to which day you want which is lovely. Chose today two days ago. After selecting my safe space for today as the tracking provides very little (not bunches fault besides using this operator) Delivery said they are delivering a different day. Went back for help from bunches and instead of polite chat I was greeted with 'i requested a delivery change' and a screen grab. This is incorrect and accusing that I was at fault is not only a defensive move but also incorrect communication skills. I then sent the screen grab stating from the delivery operator that if they can't deliver today they will try tomorrow. I said it's time sensitive for today and I'd have to refuse the parcel. In a defensive manoeuvre she refers me to the TS&C's staying it can be 1-2 days. I replied great as I ordered two days ago, yesterday was day 1 and today is day 2. She replied that day 1 is from the time we actually send it out. This means day one could be anytine they decide. If they decide to wait a week and send it out then day one is on day 8. Makes zero sense. She said well I should know my t&C's. Customer service skills of a Gnat I said just close my account. I have to now go and buy the item today and said I would refuse the item tomorrow. She didn't care. Just replied I've actioned your account closure. No compassion over my situation, no empathy no skills. I then spoke to the delivery operator who was wonderful and explained in detail that they have only just received the item. It was late and cannot be delivered today. He was polite, calm, clear and full detail given to the point I fully understood. He gets five stars even though the result is disappointing. Take away note. Your delivery is not guaranteed with this company Their customer service is defensive and mildly aggressive. To be blatantly accused of changing the date when the delivery courier actually had a late receive of item which was the problem is close to victim blaming. Shocking. To have t&c stating it's 1-2 days from the day they decide to post is wildly insane Use a local florist. Keep them in business or try a trusted household name for floral delivery.
