United States | 15 August 2024Blue Ridge Rentals are always accommodating and very attentive to our needs. we have rented from this company yearly for several years and will continue to do so. However, the home we stayed in did not meet our expectations. Suggestive information for the owner would be to update the living room furniture in your home, use better linens for the beds and take inventory of the kitchen utensils. Also the clothes dryer took hours to dry towels and linens.

United States | 15 August 2024We’ve stayed here 2 years ago under a different management company and liked it enough to come back. However under Blue Ridge cabin rentals we noticed improvements from our last visit. Such as the key entry pad, the cabin being even cleaner than last time, the Sojo packs in bathrooms and kitchen, the hot tub having a new cover, and the refrigerator not leaking water. Didn’t know there was a problem with temperature reading in hot tub but I guess they did as someone came out Monday morning to fix it. They communicated with us via text and email several times during our stay, welcoming us and asking if we needed anything. One email offering us 50% off additional 3 days rental since nobody had rented it. Sounded good but could only stay 1 or 2 more days.Had they offered by day I would have taken them up on that. Not sure if the prior guests had put out all the corn 🌽 around the wooded area by the fire pit or that’s something new Blue Ridge did. But we enjoyed watching the deer come daily to eat the corn. This cabin is very close to my family’s house in Banner Elk making it very convenient to visit with them. We also like having the fenced in porch allowing our dogs to enjoy the outside without worrying about them roaming off. We would definitely rent through Blue Ridge cabin rental again.

United States | 15 August 2024House was very clean with all bath and kitchen well appointed with amenities (lotion, fragrance). Kind of unusual in our experience. Only suggestion would be to replace mattresses.

The cabin was beautiful clean stocked with everything you could need just as pictured. The people were excellent and easy to get in touch with if and when needed. United States | 15 August 2024My family rented two houses. We had a terrible smell in the game room and a clogged shower drain in one house and flying bugs everywhere in the other. I called, texted and email asking for help but they kept telling me that they would contact a technician. Well, nine days into our 11 night rental finally we got someone to come because we had Internet problems at my request, I asked him to check into the odor and lo and behold. He found a dead mouse in a trap in the closet behind a Christmas tree that was being stored there. We couldn’t use the game room the entire time because of the odor. I will never Rent a house From this company again. I just read the reply from BRMR. It is false. No one ever came until I had internet issues at the end of our trip. Do not mislead readers. I haven’t been contacted for a credit either. No one from this company reached out to me to say that someone was at the house and to tell me of their findings. Each time I called or emailed you would think that they would tell me so. Even in your reply to my review, your company is not trustworthy.
