Communication with Blue Ridge was great. They were always available via text when needed. The stay was great from start to finish.

We have stayed at many homes in the high country over the years and this is our second stay at Eagle's Nest.  Overall, the home is very lovely and the layout is excellent for those with small children (all one level and very functional) and dogs (the deck is fully enclosed and close to walking trails).  However, I would not stay at this property for a couple of reasons: 1) one of the kind bed's is incredibly too soft (I recognize this may be a preference but for a little background, 4 adults all described it as a "water-bed" feel and when you lay on it, the mattress sinks below the bedframe.) 2) there were many small things in the home that needed repair/attention (keurig needed to be descaled, refrigerator filter replaced, screen door broken, there appeared to be a potential wasp nest behind the bear painting outside the home on the deck, the shower curtain in bathroom near the kid room wasn't nearly long enough, not enough glassware for 4 adults +kids without needing to do dishes after each meal, no towels to dry off cushions outside).  For an area like Eagle's Nest, we expected a higher level of detail and attention.

Terrible terrible customer service. Had to many issues to list out including a bug infestation issue that went completely ignored. I was told on three different occasions over three days that someone would be out to address the concerns with the house, not being clean with the bug issues and with both fireplaces not working with cobwebs being everywhere and several other matters. No one showed up no one came out. Their response is completely a lie just like their customer service people who told me people were gonna come out and handle it and nothing happened.

BRM rentals kept telling me they would get me a time to fix the fireplace. After 3 days of delays, never heard from them again. If the homeowner requested it be off for the summer, just let me know. Also, no bear proof trashcan. Learned this the hard way. Also felt the cabin was way too dark. The pictures on the website gave no indication of this. Took a couple days to get used to. BRM rentals may have lost their edge with all the growth in the area. This is the first time in 10 years I've been disappointed in the service.

Great home, great location, great view, very clean with top notch cleaning staff during our stay. Home is somewhat cluttered. Pots and pans need replacing, outside grill was very dirty upon our arrival, we even need to go buy a steel brush.

Amazing company. Incredibly responsive and set you up seamlessly in beautiful homes that are extremely well appointed. Wouldn’t use any other local rental company!

We stayed in Eagles Nest which is a beautiful gated community. It’s very well maintained and has friendly staff. Our house was clean and had everything we needed. The Blue Ridge team was able to answer any questions we had prior to or during the stay. Easy check in and check out instructions. Would definitely book again.

This is our 5th year using Blue Ridge Mt Rentals for our family vacation. We love them! The service is consistent and reliable. We can always count on clear instructions and communication from beginning reservation to check out. I would recommend them to everyone who wants to enjoy a family vacation with no worries!

Dryer was broken upon our arrival but no one bothered to let us know that! Therefore, when we washed clothes we had no way to dry them! I made a call to customer service on Sunday, was told the cleaning lady had reported it and someone would be there on Monday. No one came. I made 2 more phone calls and was told I would be called back and let me know when they would come. Never heard back from anyone! Poor customer service!

Wonderful home with amenities close -the restaurant and gym. The swimming pool was quite a drive. Very clean and organized. We couldn’t light the outdoor fireplace and called for help but never saw anyone.

Blue ridge rentals was very easy to work with & very good communication throughout rental process & during time of stay. The property had a very useful binder that even gave us detailed instructions of what to do in a power outage, and any other type of unusual circumstance that might occur during our visit. So, when it happened, we were prepared and didn’t have questions about what to do- kept us from panicking. We would definitely utilize property management company again!

We stayed here 2 yrs ago & gave a great review. This time, not so much! Larger refrig out of order (no one came to fix), larger oven didn’t work on bake & several burners on stove didn’t ignite. Clothes washer stopped working on day 6. Sticky wood floors & wrappers under 2 beds on arrival. No trash pick up all week; trash from prior guests was in the dumpster. TVs had been disconnected & some batteries missing from remotes - why? No hand soap in kitchen & dishwasher filter was clogged, errored on 1st use (I have Bosch at home & the filter needs cleaning periodically.) There were way too many inconveniences/annoyances this trip. I had tried texting, but didn’t get a response. This is still a lovely house & we enjoyed the river.. but some basic maintenance is overdue & a deep clean would improve it.

House was very nice and very clean. The only negative was the home was very difficult to pick out from the other homes close by. There was a new home sign on the bench inside the front door. No idea why the sign was not posted out front.

Communications through the year and up to check-in, were timely and helpful. Also, a maintenance concern was addressed in a very timely manner. Conversations with the office were pleasant and professional. We have reserved again for next summer.
