The photos and virtual tour were promptly arranged with our fault going online within days of first conversation. For someone who is pretty tech savvy, we found rhe dashboard pretty awesome, showing you updates of work done by the team like calling buyers database, inquiries, viewing scheduled, viewing feedback, offer status etc. Ashley, who handled all the viewing was very prompt always and kept us updated afterwards. The team was always very honest in terms of the feedback we received or pricing and help is set realistic expectations in terms of timelines or prices. We also used their buying agent services which was one of the most helpful decisions ever specially considering stamp duty holiday buying rush! Emily in particular was really really amazing, super helpful, patient, through in her work, throughout our stressful journey of finding the house. She always helped us understand the details and guided us through the whole process till completion. There were days when we would receive Emily's call almost daily to discuss details or share information with us, this really helped us wade through the whole process, I won't say stress-free but she definitely made it bearable. I really really appreciate all the help of the whole team and I won't give it a second thought before choosing NESTED if we ever do this again! We’ve been very impressed by Nested. We were initially going to go for a traditional estate agent to sell our flat but so glad we didn’t! Our selling, buying, and the process until completion had been a rickety ride, but we wouldn’t have made it to the end if not for our team at Nested. Sam, our sales agent helped us sell our flat quickly! So quick that we were shocked and it helped us being able to put an offer on our next house simultaneously. He helped to present our flat as a desirable, hot property and we received offers over our asking price. We got so much help from Emily, our buying agent. We believe that we wouldn’t have gotten an offer in without her help. She is a tactful negotiator and lovely to chat to. She gave us lots of insight on what to watch out for, and how to formulate the offers to catch the attention of the sellers. Our progression agent is Daniel, and he helped push along the whole chain process and chased people actively. Again, we believe we wouldn’t have managed to exchanged on the day we planned with all of the complexity of the chain. We saw stark contrast with other estate agents that have been unhelpful or dishonest and Daniel had been incredible. We can’t recommend Nested’s service enough and would use them again if it ever came to it. The house purchasing process is a stressful one so you need all the support you can get!

I was attracted to Nested as a fresh agency brand with a hybrid model. In the end I’ve been delighted with them. In particular I have really valued the buying service provided by Emily, along with fantastic sales support from Nicole. I couldn’t recommend Nested more highly. A house move is always a complicated process but Laura, Leah and Emily made the whole business so much easier and far less stressful. I had a fantastic experience with Nested and have been singing their praises ever since. As a buyer, I had seen a number of properties with multiple agents, but from my first viewing with Chris everything felt altogether different and I finally felt confident and excited. Even during the negotiation process he gave the impression he understood and respected my position, which allowed me to move forward with a clear head and put my best offer across — having an agent that both sellers and potential buyers trust is in everyone’s best interest. Nicole expertly handled the progression of the purchase and I also liaised with Emily on occasion, they were both excellent – very thorough, clear and patient. I actually enjoyed the process (which I’m sure would usually be a nightmare!) and had the feeling you could trust any member of the team because they genuinely seemed to work together as one. There were perhaps one or two inevitable snags along the way but these were always seen to with professionalism and authenticity, I’d say it was an otherwise seamless process. Buying a home can be a stressful and confusing process. There are lots of moving parts and it's hard to know whether you're getting a fair deal. Having Nested in my corner gave me confidence in both my sale, but crucially also my purchase. Their instant valuations are invaluable when quickly assessing options in a fast moving market. When it came to closing the purchase and negotiations with buyer and seller it was very helpful to get fast feedback and hints and tips from the Nested team. I will definitely use Nested for my next move (though hopefully that won't be a for a while!)

We only have good things to say about Nested (Islington team), and highly recommend it for anyone looking to sell/buy a new propertyy in this area. Our sale went really smoothly (from first viewing to offer accepted in about two weeks!) and Jamie was very helpful in answering questions we had during the process. He was also very helpful in guiding us during the intial stages of the purchase of our new place. The online system to manage viewings etc works really well, and you can easily update you availablilty etc. Another nice feature is that you get feedback from the viewings, both from the agent and the clients, and allows you to address anything specific for future visits. We want to make a particular mention to Emily Askham, the buying agent, who guided us through the purchase of our new property. She provided expert advice on the different properties that we were interested in, and once we decided to make an offer, she helped us throughout the whole process. My first estate agent for this sale changed ownership as I registered and appeared disorganised so I swapped. The second put a lot of people through in 1 day and then, when no offers came, seemed to sit back and just left it on Righmove with bad pictures. I swapped again to Nested, a friend's recommendation. I would absolutely recommend Nested, they were the second agent we used to sell our flat and they got a lot of people through the door and most importantly, secured our sale after months of little interest. I found everyone we dealt with to be really friendly and professional and I completely trusted them, which is obviously super important!
