I really appreciated their advice when it came to how to market my flat for sale - it’s clear they know their stuff and base their advice on research and the latest data points. The whole way through the sale they were always on hand to help, and liaised frequently with me, the buyer and both our solicitors. Nested’s buying service is a brilliant feature - they provide quick and very helpful reports on prospective properties as well as advice about the value and potential buying strategy. I worked most closely with Charley, Daniel and Emily and all were brilliantly helpful, knowledgable and often calming and reassuring in what can be a stressful process! Their online tools and reports are very good and easy to use too.

We are very happy with Nested and the exceptional service they provide. We have first decided to go with Nested because of the “buying agent” services they offer as we thought we could use professional help while moving out of the area we knew. In the end, we have worked with Nested team for about a year, and they assisted us with two sales (the first one sadly fell through) and onward purchase. We felt we were very well supported at each stage of the house moving process. The whole team provided 5-star customer service. Amir, Oscar, Maddy, and Harry were great with arranging viewings and providing feedback. We were also able to book a weekly call to discuss the next steps. Emily (the buying agent) helped us a lot during the process of searching for a new home. She provided very helpful home reports and practical advice on making an offer, she also negotiated the purchase price on our behalf. A special “thank you” goes to Daniel, our conveyancing progressor, who worked closely with us both times to make sure things were progressing in a timely manner. Daniel was great with liaising between us and our buyers, he was in touch on a regular basis, always available to discuss the progress and to advise on the next steps, always supportive and reassuring. What I value about Nested service the most is the fact that it was always very personal and the dedicated team would often go an extra mile to help. An online account to track viewings, buyers’ feedback and onward purchase reports was a useful addition to the Nested service but their most valuable asset is the team of amazing people. I am so pleased I chose Nested for my sale. I cannot fault their service. Reiss's judgement calls on the sale process were spot on and he was always available to discuss things. The app provided very useful information and meant you did not need to talk to the agent for as many updates. After acceptance of the offer Leah kept it all going seamlesslyuntil completion with regular email updates .

I would highly recommend Nested. I had switched to Nested from a different estate agent and they were able to generate considerably more interest in the property. They are good at maintaining communication, passing on feedback, and keeping you up to date on progress. I found the purchasing service they provide to be very useful. They are able to provide detailed property buying reports and a lot of guidance with regards to your onward purchase such as what offer strategies to consider. In all I had a good experience with Nested.

I can’t recommend Nested highly enough! We decided to go with an agent that was different to what’s typically available on the high street and we couldn’t be happier with our choice. Right from the get go we felt listened to and like they really cared about our objectives. Sharief was a fantastic selling agent. We also had access to Emily who helped us every step of the way with our purchase and Nicole who made sure our sale was on track once we’d accepted the offer. We ended up having a difficult chain and we really don’t know what we would have done without Nested on our side, fighting our corner. We’re now happily set up in our new home and really couldn’t have asked for anything more from our agents! Go with Nested, it will be the best decision you make when selling your home!

Having used Nested to sell my property and not leave feedback which I was tempted to do is not how the online system works. So here is my feedback on this internet based company. If I had to do it all again I would sell my property using a local estate agent with a presence on the high street with a local reputation. You want to be able to pop into a high street branch and speak to someone - even through lockdown a lot of estate agents kept their offices open and worked limited hours. My sale was let by down by a) Nested gave the buyer my cell phone number without my permission after the sale and I got a barrage of calls from the buyer from 9am after my move b) Nested moved my move out date forward which meant the buyer had the weekend to settle in while I lost the weekend to move out and lost a lot of my stuff in the process. Buyers became plentiful once the government announced a continuation of the stamp duty holiday but you would not have known that from Nested. Considering I paid them 1.5% of the sale, they treated me at times like a nuisance. There were some legal glitches to overcome which was down to the lawyer to solve but it took forever, they kept letting the buyer in for viewings insisting on it, and then lots of different surveys, and the lawyer was recommended by Nested. Also finding out the other buyer was herself an estate agent once the sale was complete.

Fantastic service from start to finish. The team I had dealings with were extremely helpful and kept in constant communication with me along the process. Nicole the progression manager, was both professional and knowledgeable, assisting me whenever I needed updates. Would certainly use this company in the future for selling my property.

The team moved quickly to get our sale completed, keeping us well informed along the way and getting several offers within the week. The buying agent is a great added bonus, which helped us ensure we got good value for our new purchase. Amir, Harry, Emily, Nicole and the rest of the team were all great.

I have purchased a flat recently from a Nested listing - Battersea branch From the moment I met Sharief at the first viewing I was immediately impressed with his great professionalism, knowledge and dedication. He towers above other agents in my view. Similarly Leah was absolutely brilliant in progressing the sale, answering queries and liaising effectively between me and the seller. My recent experience with Nested was very positive and I would recommend them to others. I sold my property during the stamp duty holiday with them. It was an exceptionally busy and chaotic time for the entire wider industry. Their sales team worked hard and was accomodating to my needs. Their online portal provided much needed transparency and control for the sellers. My property was brought to the market and went under offer very quickly. Their commission rate was competitive, in fact, it was the cheapest among some of the traditional high street estate agencies I had contacted. I personally think what makes Nested truelly stand out from other competitors though is their progression team and their buying service. Leah and Emily both deserve special credits. Leah regularly checked in to ensure my agreed sale would reach completion. She has this incredible can-do spirit and always able to come up with practical solutions. Emily on the other hand has helped me a great deal along the way, not just for my buying, but as my general go-to if I had any questions. She was the reassuring voice for me during my stressful search for suitable onward purchase. She shared many invaluable buying tips and her buying reports often included insights which I could not have found elsewhere. I could not have done it without their supports. Thank you.

Selling and buying in 2021 presented it's own set of challenges and I was definitely nervous about the whole process. From the moment Jen visited my property to provide a valuation, she put me at ease and I felt confident marketing my property with Nested. Their knowledge and understanding of the market is second to none and they provide comparisons with other properties in the area via their very modern app and website. This attention to detail and personalised advise continued throughout the process, from marketing my property to buying my next flat, where Emily was a huge superstar. Her patience never dwindled as I made offer after offer until I found the perfect onwards purchase for me. She was there to answer all of my questions (of which there were many!) and advise on how to put my offer forward, what questions to ask and what I should reasonably be expecting to pay. Having her on my side through this process was invaluable and she was always available to put my mind at ease whenever I was second guessing myself or needed an expert opinion (which she definitely is). I don't usually leave reviews but the Nested team really deserve to be distinguished from other estate agents on the market and deserve a 5* rating for their wholehearted approach and personal touch.

We first went through Laura, our estate agent when we viewed the property. She was great, helpful and relaxed, and not pushy at all. Once we had had our offer accepted, we first had Becci as our conveyancing progessor. She was helpful and quick to respond, but then took maternity leave and passed over to Nicole. It was a rocky ride for us in terms of solicitors, leaseholds, stamp duty deadlines and general paperwork, but Nicole was absolutely brilliant throughout. It really didn't feel like she was just working on the sellers' behalf, but instead worked really hard to keep both sides happy, was always available when we needed her to do some chasing, and in general just really seemed like she cared about what she was doing. She was constantly on the money even during the chaos of the stamp duty deadline, and I doubt we would have got it over the line without her diligence and cool head. Couldn't recommend her more. This was our first experience of Nested, and it was superb. As first time buyers, we were grateful for their patient and mindful guidance - special thanks to Nicole and Emily. We fully expect to use Nested when we move to our next home.

Nested were fantastic for us. We worked with Jamie, Chris and Ashley on getting under offer, and Leah to progress the sale. All were super helpful, friendly and proactive throughout. Chris even offered to clean our windows as he thought they were looking a bit grubby and we weren’t living in the property at that time! Emily was our buying agent and an absolute superstar throughout, helping us secure the property after a lot of back and forth, and then advising us on how to approach a worrying survey. She was always on the end of the phone and would also call us to check in. They all went above and beyond and were a million times better than the agent we bought through and most of the others I’ve met! The only shame is that we only had one offer which was significantly under asking price, even once we’d dropped it, and took a few months to secure.

Nested were amazing from start to finish! A real breath of fresh air in an extremely outdated marketplace. My flat was under offer in around 4 weeks and the help they gave me with my purchase was invaluable. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to sell or purchase a new home. I made the Stamp duty holiday and don't think it would have been possible without them. A big thank you!
