We were supported by Amir, Harry and Oscar to market our property, Emily for our onward purchase and Daniel for our sale process. The entire team stayed close to us throughout the process, providing constant support and feedback and excellent advice when needed, and indeed Daniel went even further and acted to support us with advice and guidance where others advisers just weren't delivering. They are clearly a highly experienced, skilled and smart team, and by far the best estate agents I've ever dealt with. A significant cut above the rest! A huge thank you from us.

I would thoroughly recommend Nested to anyone looking to sell in London. The team were knowledgeable and priced my house realistically for a quick sale, which meant we achieved asking price within days. The photography was excellent, and they even had a Matterport 3D tour made, which I hope to keep for posterity! There were endless delays in the chain we were part of but my contact Nicole was always abreast of changes and able to advise. Another team member Emily was brilliant when it came to our onward purchase; if I sent her details of a property we were interested in she sent back a report on it and advised what we should offer initially, and what should be our final offer in the light of prices in that area for that kind of house. All in all very happy with Nested.

Everyone who sells a place should do it with Nested. They looked at all the usual things everyone hates about agents and estate agencies and redrew the rulebook . No more random agents coming out who don't know your place or your needs - you have a dedicated agent for the whole process who knows you and your place back to front - thank you amazing Chris. Where else but Nested would you have a whatsapp group with your agent! The Nested site set up is fantastic- you get your own dedicated area for you and your place where you can see enquiries, how many people are looking at the property online , the likelihood of selling , info on the market and similar properties nearby , offers, and all your upcoming and past viewings- including info on the buyers and feedback after the viewing every time - positive and negative which is incredibly useful. I never had to chase Chris to find out how something went- he always phoned and then put everything up on our section of the site for the record. Other Agents take note! And then they vet the potential buyers for mortgage in principal, how the place will fit them and their buying position. No more time wasters looking round. And then when you have a sale - no more ignoring you when you have an offer - when they get you a sale they have a dedicated person looking after the whole process from offer acceptance to negotiations to exchange to completion and liaising with all the agents , solicitors and other parties - thank you tenacious Nicole . And if you don't have them already they will suggest good surveyors and solicitors- both the ones we used through them were fabulous. And then, and this is really special, they are the only agent i have met who helps with the onward - which can actually save you lots of money ( tens of thousands potentially) as they have yet another dedicated person who will do you house reports , suggest offer strategies and even suggest wording for emails or negotiations ( better than you ever could) if you are in tricky situations - thank you wonderful Emily. It does not mean everything will be plain sailing. You might put your flat on the market just as the country locks down for instance! ( we did) and of course you are still likely to have all sorts of other issues which are innate with buying and selling - but importantly even on the darkest days your Nested team will be there phoning, texting , whatsapping and supporting you all the way . It sounds like I am gushing. But they really are that good.

Selling with Nested (Reiss and Paul) was a very smooth experience, from selling our house to buying a new house. I had been on the market with a couple of other agents, so am able to compare the experience. The use of the nested app actually makes it a lot more transparent : - You can set your viewing availability on the app, and then viewings can be automatically booked around your schedule. Very important if you are working from home and have zoom meetings! - They're diligent at putting feedback from viewings into the app - You can see inquiries raised from portals directly Once we had received offers, they did a good job at maximising the selling price. After accepting the offer, we started looking seriously at buying a house in a competitive area. Emily (the buying agent) was very helpful, again the app gives useful history on Rightmove properties, and Emily was able to give more detailed background and advice on particular properties. She also gave useful advice on how to make an offer in a competitive bidding situation. Finally Daniel, the conveyancing progressor, was very helpful at smoothing over the difficulties that arose from buyer and seller, so that we were able to complete before the stamp duty deadline.

Absolutely brilliant team, very well looked after from start to finish. Highly recommend.

The whole process of selling our home with Nested was fantastic. The marketing, sales and negotiation was expertly handled by Sharief and team to ensure we got the best deal in a short period of time. The conveyancing and contracts process was carefully managed by Nicole to great success across all the details and stakeholders - minimising any stress to us! We also greatly benefitted from Emily's advice as Nested's buying agent, which is a real value add service that further stands Nested out from other agents. We will definitely be recommending others use Nested and hope to use them again in the future.

Selling/buying a home is incredibly stressful, especially with the weird system we have in the UK. I'm going to give Nested a 100% honest review here because the real estate industry is opaque enough and the more transparency we can offer others, the better. Overall, I give selling and buying property 0/5 stars, but I give Nested 5/5 stars. Below, I've split my review into three main categories covering the services Nested assisted us with. 1. Selling: the price we got So, up front: we didn't quite get the price we wanted for our flat. This was disappointing, but also not totally unexpected - the pandemic caused weird effects on the housing market. In some parts, prices shot up. In our area (Greenwich), they stagnated or even dipped. I do wish we would have sold for a little more but ultimately I feel Nested did their level best to get us a good offer AND they thoroughly vetted our buyer, which turned out to be very important (see section 4). So I think that Nested did well here, despite our slight disappointment with the price. 4/5 2. Marketing/Selling: the experience Rhys made a really good impression on us, especially compared with other estate agents. I don't know if it's a generational thing, but I hate sales pressure - I just want facts. Rhys offered us the facts without any BS, the Nested online database is useful and interesting (it offers you live(ish) stats on prices in your neighbourhood as well as an index on how likely you are to get a sale, based on viewing etc), Nested's valuation was right where we expected them to be, and their fee wasn't crazy either. So while we spoke to at least 5 agencies, it really was a no-brainer even though Nested aren't the dominant firm in our area. Viewing and stuff, especially in a pandemic, can be a pain, but I will say Nested really shone here. They ALWAYS kept us informed, made sure times worked for us, and both Rhys and Paul, who later took over our viewings, were always ahead of time to say hi and wait for the buyers. Just professional and organised. I've been on viewings where clearly the agent is basically busting in with no notice, Nested NEVER did this to us, and I really appreciated it. Also both Paul and Rhys really took the time to learn about our home, and they were the only ones who ever showed it, meaning I was able to be confident that they were properly informing buyers about it. Really excellent here. 5/5 3. Buying Nested have an in-house buying agent called Emily. Once you've sold or are ready to buy, you can add the rightmove listings you are considering to the Nested portal, and you'll get useful information on what it's sold for etc, and can upgrade to a full report (for free), where Emily will give you bespoke advice on how much to offer and where to stop at. I love that this service is offered for free. Did it make a massive difference to us in the end? Both yes and no. No because I think I probably would have been able to get the same price on our purchase even without Emily. But YES because a) you get genuinely useful information through the dashboard, b) Emily is really lovely, and c) you just feel like someone in is your corner through the negotiation. Having someone kind and sympathetic to sense check offers etc with is so great. It just made me feel less stressed out and in control. Have I mentioned Emily is lovely? 5/5 4. Chain management Why did we buy in a chain with 3 other parties? WHY? This was 100% on us, we could have bought a chain-free property and been in a short chain but... we didn't. I will never buy in a massive chain ever again. To me, almost more than anywhere else, this is where Nested really earned their fee. We had 4 parties (most of whom were very stressed and had different requirements), at least 5 solicitor firms (some of which never answered the phone, 4 estate agencies (pretty much all of which besides Nested were utter rubbish), and getting everyone on the same page was just a nightmare. Nicole, our chain manager, was just an absolute champ throughout this. The other estate agents should basically be sharing their fee with her, because she did a big chunk of their job for them - liaising, checking, cajoling, informing, suggesting, and trying to move everyone onto a single plan and keeping them on track. Additionally, she was calm, super professional, pretty much always available, and just so helpful for me. Including when I was stressed out and kind of a pain for her to deal with (sorry Nicole). She also helped manage the process of our buyer's requests for works etc following her survey, to ensure the buyer was reasonable in her requests and we were able to meet them. So overall: Rhys, Paul, Emily, and Nicole were professional, kind, organised and dedicated. And Nested's tech/dashboard and buying agent service is useful and sets them apart. 5/5

Nested were brilliant in helping us sell our house and move into our new house. We've used them on the last two occasions we have sold properties and I really hope that we don't need their services for a long time as we love our new house but if we do then we will definitely get back in touch as they are a game changer in the very bloated estate agency market. Their app is a dream and means less chasing them for feedback on viewings, the viewings showed the buyers position and also was brilliant for using the house reports to look at what had happened with perspective future houses. Selling through Nested was a refreshing experience. I think the main difference was the constant level of communication either through the app or by phone. I had feedback from every viewing, good or bad, which was really useful. When a sale was agreed Nested made sure it progressed smoothly and without a hitch. It felt like a modern approach to Estate Agency. I would definitely recommend their service.

Nested have been excellent throughout the whole process of selling and buying. Excellent customer service from every single person, high quality photo/videos and great access to statistics and data so you know what is really happening with your sale and allows more trust compared to normal agents. They offered great, honest advice and support throughout the conveyancing process with both our buyers and the venders agent of the place we were buying. We also loved the buying service offer - helping us really understand background information on the homes we were interested in and we found the advice on offer strategies invaluable. Emily and Nicole were absolute pleasures throughout and continued to offer support when various blips came up theoughout the searches/mortgage process. I couldn't recommend Nested enough!

We worked with the team at Nested Wandsworth to sell our house in Earlsfield. Amir was great from the outset, as were Harry and Oscar. They were extremely helpful and professional. We have young kids and found the process of preparing the house for viewings time consuming. Nested only brought interested people to view our house. There were no speculative viewings. When we were looking to buy another house, we used the buying agent service (Emily). She was great and saved us a significant amount on our new home with her advice. I would highly recommend Nested.

Nested sold our flat for us in 2020. It was a very difficult sale, with struggling to get a buyer and then issues with the buyers solicitor. Though none of these issues were the fault of Nested, and they did all they could to put them right. They were generally very responsive and helpful. The only negative was that the information in the online portal was often incomplete or not up to date. This was because we were in a strange time, with virtual viewings during lockdown. The online system hadn't been set up to work in that way. Generally we would say we were happy with the service and we would use them again in the future.

Really positive experience with Nested - their the team, the tech, their support and their selling/buying agents were all fantastic. Bit more proatice communication would have been appreciated throughout the sale but otherwise, we were very happy with them and would recommend to a friend.

We had a mixed experience with Nested. They were very helpful through the sales process but I would note that there presence was limited in the area and really struggled to get people through the door. We also felt pressured to take a price that we were not comfortable with. Their technology is brilliant and they are always responsive. Nicole in the Conveyancing Progressor team was particularly helpful and responsive.

Nested (Walthamstow) have been amazing in both the selling of our property and in helping with the purchase of our new one! Josh and Chris were fantastic with the initial valuation and organising viewings (Josh even kindly dropped my spare keys back to me when I locked myself out!) We have recently sold our flat with Nested (Greenwich branch). From listing with Reiss and Paul, to their completion team with Becci, it was overall a great service and relatively pain-free! Reiss and Paul were great, really on the ball and proactive in marketing the flat. After a slow couple of weeks Reiss arranged new photos to be taken and switched the advert up, this immediately lead to more viewings. They gave us honest feedback from prospective buyers about what they liked and disliked about the flat, which meant we could use this info for future viewings eg rearranging furniture to make the most of the space etc Having a dedicated completion team really helped, too and towards the end of the sale was great we had another person to help chase solicitors! We were happy we sold with Nested and would recommend them.
