Very pleased about the experience with Nested. I liked their new approach, and after reading some positive reviews online, I decided to give them a chance. My first point of contact was Reiss, who took the time to come to our home, talk through how they market the house and describe their processes. The whole meeting didn't feel rushed at all, in fact we spent at least 40-45 minutes going through all the details. He then gave me a valuation, based on market data for my area, which was not the usual inflated valuation which then has to be reduced after a few weeks because you get no viewings. Quite the opposite. We were literally inundated with bookings and managed to get an offer on the very first open day (with something like 15 viewings happening on this day). Reiss once again, together with Paul were the superstars here. Post offer, the whole process was very clear, and Nicole made my life very easy, communicating clearly and being always available and very responsive. I really felt we all worked as a team, and despite the first offer falling through, we then managed to put the house back on the market and get another offer (again on the first viewing day). This time everything went smoothly, and it only took 30 days from offer to completion, which I still cannot believe to be honest. And we sold for 50K more (yes, 50 grand) than the original valuation. So in summary, I have to give all the credit to Reiss, Paul, Nicole and the rest of the team. It's probably the first time in my life I was actually happy to pay 6k worth of commission.

Nested we’re our Vendor’s estate agent. They wouldn’t take the property off the market until we had skin in the game and had appointed solicitors. I really liked this touch as they were protecting their client. Our estate agent (not Nested) marked our property as sold and removed it from the market immediately; if our buyer had pulled out we’d have been up the river without a paddle. Nested were very fair and approachable considering our Vendor was difficult (understatement). They helped keep things moving and and smoothed things over when necessary. Throughout the entire process of selling our home Nested have been excellent. They have been professional, proactive and friendly every step of the way. We spoke to a lot of different agents when we were looking to market our property after it had been on the market for a number of months with another agent with no success, and Nested were clearly a step above the rest. Despite the relative newness of the company, everyone that we dealt with was experienced and knowledgeable and they all worked together well to help us progress and complete on our sale. Unlike many other agents, they were always just a phone call or WhatsApp message away and the response times were brilliant, which makes a world of difference when you’re working to a tight deadline in a stressful situation. The feedback directly from our agent after the viewings as well as on the app was excellent. The app in particular was great for keeping track of viewings, buyers and offers. Overall I can’t recommend Sharief and the rest of the team enough, they exceeded our expectations and would gladly use them again.

I cannot fault the service I received from Nested. I was a first time seller, and the process was unfamiliar with me. At every stage of the process, Nested held my hand, guided me through the steps required and assisted the process towards completion. My estate agents were helpful, friendly and informative. The solicitor, Nicole, was fantastic. She coordinated the buyers and my solicitors, and effectively project managed the sale side, so it went through on time, and with no hiccups. It was Nicole who kept pushing the two solicitors firms to work together, and get the process completed. Thanks for all your hard work!

Nested have been absolutely brilliant securing a quick sale for me at a higher price than I had expected. Everyone I dealt with from start to finish was highly professional, super friendly and responsive without the usual b***s**t that you often get from high street estate agents. Special mention to Nicole who was excellent at ensuring both sides were doing what they needed to do to make sure my sale progressed quickly. Would definitely recommend and will be using again when the time comes.

On 15 May we viewed a property listed by Nested. The agent, Paul Barrett, was helpful in providing necessary information. We gave an offer later the same day. Two days later the agent advised our offer was among top five and enquired if we might beef up. We did and got accepted. We instructed a solicitor for conveyancing on 21 May. However, the agent informed us early in the morning on 24 May that despite their repeated emails and phone calls, they had no responses from our solicitor pertaining to our purchase of the property. We immediately followed up but got no email reply nor return call as well. Taking the agent's advice, we switched to Comptons under the care of Kristina Gofman on the following day. Thence, we found the solicitor professional and diligent, the process closely monitored by Nicole Snape of Nested, and the vendor willing to move fast. Eventually we exchanged the contracts and completed the transactions same day on 25 June, making it in the Stamp Duty Holiday.

Exceptional in customer service and would recommend Nested to anyone who would like to sell their property in this modern edge.

We had a rocky start with Nested. They massively overvalued our flat (our fault for going along with it) and then the agent left. But the new agent Chris was great and guided us through our sale really well. Communication was always prompt and he was very clear about our options at different points when we needed to reduce the asking price and consider offers. The viewings were conducted by people who were hopping all around London for Nested viewings. The first was not good, but Nested took action and the next two were with the same person who was great. We also received amazing support from Nicole once the sale was agreed and she ensured the sale went through smoothly. We really couldn't have asked for more from Nicole - thank you!

I was buying a property through Nest and they were brilliant! always responded quickly either on the phone or by email. Chased everything up really quickly and did everything they could to drive the process forward. Which resulted in us completing in a very short period of time and making the stamp duty holiday! I haven't sold with them but will definitely enquire next time based on my experience this time.

I’d thoroughly recommend Nested. Selling and buying at the same time is one of the most stressful things you can do, and Nested offered support at every step of the way. I loved their data-led approach. Their valuations always reference sold prices of comparable properties and they give you a range of figures you could put it on the market for, depending on how urgently you need to sell. Unlike some agents, they don’t just over-estimate what your place will go for in order to win your business. Viewings were conducted very professionally and feedback given promptly. They don’t waste time showing people the property who would never be interested. Another flat in my block was on with another agent and had far more speculative viewings but didn’t sell. Once the flat was under offer (after 9 viewings), I was introduced to Emily, a nested ‘Buying Agent’. We were buying a house in the heated market of Walthamstow and she started by talking us through the local market and the particular way that different agents price things there. Once we started viewing we were able to request a ‘buying report’ for each property we liked. That gave us advice on what our opening offer should be, and what we shouldn’t pay more than. These reports also had comparable sold properties as a references. Pros and cons of each property were also included - things you might not have thought of. I was amazed at how much work Emily did! She has so much patience. We had many conversations and at one point in the process she almost felt like a councillor 😆 She guided us through making offers, encouraging us not to over-pay. We were out bid on a couple of places but as a result ended up with something even better - a house that ticked almost every box. We were talked through how to approach ‘sealed bids’ and post-survey renegotiations and managed both successfully! Unfortunately our buyer got very impatient at one point and we had to sell the flat ahead of completing on a house. The most impressive thing was that after we’d sold (and paid Nested their fee), the buying agent service didn’t disappear - Emily kept checking in with us right until the end. Shout out too to others in the team - Jamie, Daniel, Charley & Laura. And also Shelley at Lester Aldridge, a solicitor recommended by Nested who was always communicative and got our purchase over the line before the end of the stamp duty holiday 👏👏 I’d wholeheartedly recommend Nested and their unique services!

I don’t think many people say the best part of selling their property was the agents but for us this was undoubtedly true. We’d had a horrible experience trying to sell our property for two months with one of the big high street names in London with no success. Once we switched, Nested had six offers in excess of the asking price within a couple of days. I couldn’t believe the difference between two agents could be so immense. Their tech and marketing are incredibly impressive (the app makes things so organised and easy) but the thing that sets them apart is the people. From the manager to our dedicated sales rep, to the conveyancing progressor and the onward purchase advisor, everyone we dealt with was incredibly attentive, friendly and efficient. Never any unanswered calls or emails, and it always felt like they actually cared about us. It honestly felt like the business was designed around fixing all the things people hate about estate agents. We won’t let anyone we know ever sell though anyone else and we’d never consider using another agent. A really remarkable company.

She is a buying agent who not only provides excellent advice/support and will at short notice create buying reports to help with the onward purchase, but for me she was also my emotional support as I was buying at a very stressful time on my own during pandemic & stamp duty holiday. Leah Minnet was also excellent. My buyer got cold feet towards the end and with Leah’s support we managed to get everything back on track! With only 3 weeks left to completion. The team at Nested made the sale of our flat so easy in challenging market (and Covid) circumstances. The process was explained clearly with no hard sell and we felt that Nested's data-driven model was a real bonus versus traditional agents. Everything just worked well from great communications with all team members to the app where you can keep track of interest, viewings and offers. The photography stood out above other agents too, and showcased the flat beautifully. Thanks to Charley who managed to get our asking price offer to a lovely new owner after just three viewings and only a handful of days on the market!
