Nested made the process of selling our house easier than I could ever have imagined. They handled everything professionally from start to finish and got us an above listing offer after one viewing. They were thoughtful and helpful throughout. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend Nested. We looked around at various estate agents and nested were highly competitive. Then wonderful Jen and Harry arrived and confirmed our choice! They took time to understand the flat and all it had to offer to find the right buyer. We were under offer within 2 weeks and then the incomparable Nicole took over the transaction. Nicole was incredibly efficient and organised and really helped move the process along, which was essential in a long chain when not everyone was as ‘on top of things’ as they could have been. She was very attentive and I’m sure the process may have faltered without her help at various points. I hope we won’t need to move again any time soon but when we do, we will certainly go back to Nested!

We've been using Nested's Greenwich branch to sell our flat. We're now part-way through the process but wanted to add a review to say how brilliant Nested have been so far (these reviews were very important to us when choosing an agent so wanted to add my own now - it's rare I bother to leave a review so that's saying something). We had multiple offers (above asking price) on our flat within 10 days of listing and Reiss & Paul have been working tirelessly to keep us updated and get (loads) of viewings through the door - and even offering a lot of advice before we selected them as our agent (we wanted advice on a property we'd already offered on). We couldn't have asked for more... now we just have the rest of the process to go, but so far we've had great support from the all at Nested. Would highly recommend!

I sold my property with Nested. I thought the level of service was excellent for the following reasons 1) Frequent communication through-out the process 2) Informative communication regarding the market without the typical estate agent spiel 3) Helpful in the commercial negotiation to ensure that a deal at the right price happened. 4) Helpful in recommending a solicitor. The only thing that stops me giving it a 5* rating is that the comms could have been better post the sales agreement between the solicitor, agent and myself. Not a major point though.

The Nested Battersea team were outstanding to deal with from the outset. They were calm, always available if needed even post-move were willing and happy to see to any issues. Can't recommend them enough.

Nested were very easy to communicate with and very straightforward about their ideas and approach to selling my house. The valuation was backup with evidence and the photos and virtual tour were arranged quickly and to a high standard. Viewings were arranged efficiently and they were able to accommodate my needs when working from home. I received lots of feedback on viewings and data regarding my property in relation to others so was able to ensure it was priced correctly at a volatile time in the market. Once offer was received, there was lots of communication and chasing from the Nested team to help get it over the line to exchange. They also helped me decide where to offer on the place I was buying and this helped me confidently negotiate a significant discount to asking.

We used Nested both for selling our property and for purchasing our new home. Their support and quality of service was excellent on both counts. On the sale side, Charlie gave us very useful advice on how to value and market our property, helping us reach a realistic price hence a relatively quick and smooth sale, which allowed us to make a profit. For us Nested also stood out for the online services they provided, including insights into the property market, tracking of viewings and buying reports. All in all I would recommend Nested in a heartbeat.

We recently used Nested to sell our house. We were impressed by their responsive and considered approach. Not only did they sell our house and manage the process, but they were also very considerate in arranging viewings. With 2 young children, trying to keep the house presentable was a challenge, Nested always gave us plenty of notice of viewings and we didn't have any no-shows. This approach was significantly different from the more established agency we tried first who would give very little notice of viewings with a significant number of short notice cancelations & no-shows - very frustrating after frantically tidying the house for the last-minute viewing.

Nested has been outstanding! They not only took out the stress of selling our house but they also supported us every step on the way. We both felt very involved in the process, which has reassured us. Nested also provided access for us to their customer app that allowed us to track the interest we received as well see feedback from each viewing.
