My experience of working with Reiss at Nested Greenwich has been unrecognizable from previous agents. He has been reliable, available, friendly and professional at all times. Reiss truly cares about getting you the best price for your house, all with minimal stress. He is knowledgeable, and committed to closing your sale. I can honestly say that the dread of selling my house has dissipated since having such a great experience this time with Nested. I would recommend to anyone.

We were excited to appoint Nested as our estate agent shortly after the first lockdown. Unfortunately, Nested severely over-estimated the value of our London property and the strength of the local market at that time- presumably a tactic to make us chose them. Even their lowest estimate (their option for 'selling quickly') was significantly too high. This was disappointing as it meant that we missed out on viewings when the market was most active. Admittedly, there was a lot of uncertainty in the market and other estate agents we spoke to were also over-valuing property, but we (naively) trusted Nested’s valuation. Nested’s initial photos also didn't show off the character, brightness and space (Nested did acknowledge this after a couple of months and reshot better photos but by this point we had missed out on the ‘new to the market’ interest.) Nested also seemed to constantly change over the person responsible for our sale/viewings. After wasting months during the summer when market activity was higher, we took the flat off the market and relisted with an online agent for a very low fee- a saving of over £6000 compared to Nested's 1.5% rate. We felt we had better control over the sale doing things ourselves, and better transparency about the interest received. Within 2 weeks of re-listing, we had accepted an offer and have since exchanged. It's just a shame that we wasted so much time with Nested. We will be much more sceptical of estate agents over-valuing to win business in future, and would certainly not bother using a ‘traditional’ agent again.

Really pleased with the experience of selling our property through Nested. From the beginning of the process to the end, they were positive, open and knowledgeable. Our agent, Ashley was friendly, professional, well-presented, informed and skilled in his area of expertise. He was responsive and always clear and honest in his communications. Their friendly buying team guided us through a very up and down process before we found the property we successfully purchased. They offer an online dashboard that tells you how many views your property has had on Rightmove and the competition in your area. Their conveyancing progressor, Nicole was dedicated, persistent and diligent. Nicole kept on top of the sale and helped resolve any issues. We had a really good experience using Nested as our estate agent. This was my first time selling a property, so I had little knowledge of what the process would be like and how important getting a good estate agent was at the various stages of selling a property. At the early stages I was impressed by the data driven approach Josh Holmes took to valuing our property, and the portal they have with feedback and data around the number of online views your property has had. Chris Gladwin showed potential buyers our property, was responsive and gave us quick and detailed feedback about the reactions of potential buyers after every set of viewings. We had a good level of interest in our property, but after several weeks and no offer we decided after being advised by Josh that we should change our strategy with respect to our asking price and reduced this. After doing so, we were delighted to very quickly get an offer which we felt was fair. Although the initial stages of marketing our property and getting an offer are important and went well with Nested, the real selling point of their services is the part that comes after this. Nested help their customers negotiate an offer on the property they are buying. Emily Askham advised us on this, and her advice and support was invaluable. Making offers on properties is incredibly stressful, but she was always there at the end of the phone with calm and measured advice that ultimately helped us negotiate a good offer which was accepted. The other part of Nested's services which I really rated was the sales progression, done by Nicole Snape. We were working to a deadline on our move as the reduced stamp duty was due to end within a few weeks. We had a complicated chain, where many of the parties involved were unresponsive and were delaying agreeing dates for completion. Nicole went over and above by effectively managing the upper parts of the chain beyond our transaction that the other estate agents were not progressing. After several frustrating weeks of chasing other parties, we ultimately agreed dates, but without Nicole's perseverance I think we would likely have missed the deadline and risked the whole chain falling apart. Having not sold a property before I hadn't appreciated the importance of sales progression or the fact that many estate agents do not have dedicated staff to manage these later parts of the selling process . We were really impressed by Nested, I would wholeheartedly recommend them. I hope we don't move again in the near future but if we did I would definitely use them!

We don't really have the words to express how great an experience we had with Nested. We had a particularly challenging, complex and and at times deeply depressing seven month long process from viewings to completion due to the most outrageous and unprofessional behaviour of one of the parties in our chain. Throughout the viewings process our agent Reiss Braniff was absolutely fantastic! Very professional, helpful and supportive and really took the time to understand what we wanted to achieve (not just financially). He was very responsive and always ready to answer our constant questions, no matter how silly! Nicole Snape took over as our sales progressor once we had accepted an offer. Nicole is an absolute wonder and a real credit to Nested! She maintained oversight and control over the whole process, even encouraging us when we had moments of wanting to give up due to the immense stress we came under, dealing with delays, unreasonable behaviour and constantly shifting goal posts, by this other party in the chain and their solicitor. Nicole remained professional, supportive and organised all the way through to the end and I can honestly say, we would have pulled out of the sale altogether were it not for her support and encouragement. As we now sit in our beautiful new home having completed a week ago today, surrounded by boxes, we are so thankful we chose Nested and would 100% recommend them to anyone looking to sell their home, especially if you are wary about estate agents. Now we can definitely say, all estate agents are absolutely NOT all the same!

I would very much recommend Nested to anyone who is buying or selling a property. I have just sold with Nested and have been thoroughly impressed with the service I have received. A truly ethical agent, that works neutrally with both the customer and client, whilst delivering a positive result for both parties. I have just bought a house through Nested, who were brilliant throughout the whole process. I had a couple of viewings and had my offer accepted with Harry who was professional and very affable. Then Leah was my conveyancer who was excellent - super responsive and happy to offer useful help and advice.

We have had an excellent experience with Nested and have already recommended them to some friends, who are now using their services. One of the best things about Nested is that all of the staff are really nice and their communication is excellent. They have gone above and beyond in selling our flat (over asking price) and in helping us assess our new house purchase (sold via another estate agent) with their free buying service. They have always been available by phone or email when there were problems with our (somewhat tricky) chain and are endlessly thoughtful and reassuring to speak to. They know their stuff and we always felt in safe hands with them. This is a tailored, personal service that makes you feel that you matter to the team and to their business. We had an offer accepted on a Nested property, and spent a significant sum of money having a survey and instructing lawyers. We later found that nested had known about the flat failing a fire safety report and was essentially worthless without a valid EWS1 form. They had been hoping our mortgage would scrape through regardless but luckily it was rejected, we really dodged a bullet. This was a complete abuse of trust - and we found out due to an accident cc on an email chain. Wasted nearly £1000 because they were not transparent.

We've just completed the most painful sale in history, but Nicole Snape of Nested was amazing. She wasn't even our agent, as she was representing our vendor. From the first day on she kept in touch, chased the solicitors and called whoever needed to be called even on our behalf. Absolutely amazing and highly professional. I sold with Nested and the team were fantastic, end to end. I was always able to reach a member of the team, and I knew exactly who I should be dealing with at every stage. Here in Walthamstow, there are a handful of well known agents but a lot of them tend to just throw your property listing on Rightmove and hope for the best. Nested were fantastic. I have purchased a property in London with them. Nicole who I worked with acted as a great intermediary between myself and the vendor, passing on queries and responses quickly. She was also a great liason with the solicitors as well, and actively chased them as well. We were working on a tight time frame to reach closing, and the team at Nested were very responsive and supporting in reaching that timeframe. Very pleased.

Nested (Greenwich, London area) were fantastic. We had some ups and downs in the process but Nested were great throughout, we had multiple competitive offers the two times we had open days and ultimately completed on an offer above asking price so I think their valuation and approach was spot on. Where we really felt they went above and beyond was in dealing with the long ups and downs of our chain. Emily in particular was amazing at chasing up and down the chain proactively and seemed to be the only agent in the chain working towards getting an exchange to happen. The best estate agent we have ever dealt with and we've had quite a few now!
