So I listed with Nested in April, they were incredibly professional and friendly and we decided to list quite high as we were not in a rush to sell. However we managed to find an interested buyer and got to an accepted offer within 16 days. Using Nested's "Performance Tracker" I was able to have daily updates on how my listing was doing compared with the rest of the market. It really helped keep me informed and confident about when I should make a decision. Communicating with the team at Nested was a pleasure they work so hard, are so considerate and always put your interests first. The way they work is so open and honest its a breath of fresh air for the industry. Their Buyers Agent service helped me find a house and put in a very competitive offer which was accepted. I really couldn't recommend Nested more as Estate Agents. They took professional pictures of our place for free and were extremely attentive at looking at the market to make sure our flat was being seen. No hidden costs or nasty surprises and a friendly team who we trusted every step of the way.

We sold our parents house with Nested because they could no longer live there and they were racking up huge debts on an equity release loan. So it was really good to know that we could use the advance facility and clear the loan if the house wasn't selling, but in the end we had a quick sale and we didn't need the advance. Nested were extremely professional in dealing with us and with buyers. Commission at 2.5% is a little high but I think we achieved a better price through using Nested. Because of the advance element you have to use their recommended solicitors but they were also very good and not too expensive. Overall I can recommend Nested without reservation.

Nested really surprised me... in a good way! really attentive and excellent management of us (the sellers) in way that is (very) rare in the estate agent game. the additional (free) services like market info on selling prices on similar flats in the area (even for potential flats we were buying - not through nested) was an especially good service for making us feel informed about what prices to accept and offer. i would highly recommend

Nested offer an unique service and attempt to solve a distinct inefficiency within the UK housing market. We had our property on the market with another agent twice in 2018. Initially in January, when we received an offer (which we rejected **well above the eventual price we sold with Nested**) after the first viewing and had numerous second viewings but after this it died down. Then again in September with very little interest. So at the beginning of Jan 2019 we decided going with Nested after hearing good things from others in our area. The valuation was uncomfortably low and we did struggle to understand why the listed price had to be below the upper range of their valuation meaning we would be foregoing any upside. The rigorous quantitative approach cannot be faulted, and the agent we initially dealt with (Elliott) was superb. The second agent we dealt with towards the end (Debora, as Elliott moved to a different dept) I believed negotiated hard on our behalf. The were however certain issues: 1) the valuations are more than aggressive, while there may be a wide bid/offer spread in the property market, the valuations are so close to the bid all upside is immediately distinguished. We heard rumours of properties similar to ours selling at 12% above our final selling price (listed 15% above the price Nested said we had to if wanted the advance), I initially wished to ignore these but after researching this it turned out to be true. Our responsibility for selling at the price we did but clearly could have achieved better had the listing price been not 15% below other similar properties. 2) as it took so long to go through the process of being informed whether we would receive the advance, we did not benefit from a lower price on the property we were purchasing as we were not certain whether we would be chain free or not when we put in the offer. 3) Nested appoint the solicitors / mortgage brokers we could use. The solicitors were outstanding, however the mortgage brokers were less than satisfactory and we have ended up paying £600/month over a period. Eventually, Nested did give us financial compensation on this which we thank them for. On a positive note they did offer a service where a member of their team, St John, analysed properties we were potentially looking to buy which gave an element of comfort. Nothing was too much for him, his depth of analysis and customer service was exemplary as per Elliott. I have given them 4 stars because they are brave in trying to disrupt a well established market and taking significant risk in the process. The offset of being in a potential position to be able to move chain free is that you will sacrifice on the final selling price of your property. We wish them all the best.

Friendly, professional and efficient I bought as opposed to selling through Nested. The estate agent was really friendly and personable, making a refreshing change to all the other estate agents that I had dealt with. Following the accepted offer, we then dealt with one of the solicitor co-ordinators who really helped us chase our solicitor and kept us in the loop with all the updates up the chain. As a first time buyer we really appreciated how helpful and friendly everyone was.

We bought and sold our house through Nested and could not have asked for a better service on either side. Nicole went above and beyond, keeping us up to date with the progress on both sides even through the pains of difficult solicitors. Would highly recommend.

Much better than other estate agents! We bought through Nested and found the team so much better than other agents we came across. Everyone we came into contact with seemed honest and genuinely helpful. Nicole, who was our point of contact during conveyancing, went above and beyond to keep the sale moving and aid completion at the end. Great communication and responsiveness at all points. From a buyers perspective, we could tell there were extra hoops to jump through to ensure there was a high likelihood of the sale going through (eg providing lots of info at offer stage). Not a problem if you're serious about the property!

So far so good. We moved to Nested after failing to sell our house via traditional agents. We are on a strict timeline so secured the nested advance to offer on a house we loved and less than two weeks later we are under offer with Nested so will likely not need to use the advance and can move on our ideal date still. The team have been brilliant so far, responsive and communicative and we are over the moon with how things have progressed. I am confident that Nested will continue with the quality of service to complete our purchase and sale and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them, especially to those on a timeline!

We started using Nested when we had failed to sell our house through a conventional Estate Agent. The prospect of being able to move before selling our house and essentially acting as a 'chain-free' buyer seemed too good to be true but we got in contact anyway to see what the catch was. From day one Nested were on a different planet to the other agents we used in terms of their approach, professionalism and work ethic. Everything was explained so thoroughly and so well that we soon realised that the only 'catch' was that Nested's fees are higher than most agents, but the difference in quality means that they are far better value than the competition. We took full advantage of the advance and moved before selling. This means we paid the higher fee, and it was still 100% worth every penny. Right up until the completion of the sale Nested's staff have been helpful, professional and dedicated and that goes for every member of the team we dealt with. A particular mention should go to Emily, Josh and Stuart, but as I say everyone we dealt with seemed to be just as hard-working and committed to the cause. I've recommended them to everyone I know who is looking to sell and the only criticism I would have is that they are currently only operating in London!
