Really incredible service. Very easy to deal with, all done online with one in person meeting. House was sold above asking price in a matter of weeks, rather than the 6-9 months I had been mentally planning for given my local market. Wonderful to have . a sounding board throughout the process, super responsive team, great dashboard to monitor progress. Conveyancing partner was a bit clunky after such a smooth experience in the sale but a small issue compared with how happy I am. Moving house is normally a top 3 stressful life experience, but this was so easy I sometimes forgot it was even happening!

An excellent service, Fraser was amazing and helped me through the entire process which went very smoothly, offering great advice and expert knowledge. I couldn't recommend Nested more and will use them to sell my home next time. The way they helped with my upwards purchase was great, negotiating a better price for me than I could have done on my own. Five stars!

Nested can be lifesaving if you need money from your property quickly whilst you're waiting to sell. The agency works well and I found them less intrusive than other estate agents. The advance facility is expensive but in some cases can be lifesaving (in my case) therefore in certain circumstances will be well worth it.

Nicole and Zoe at Nested were really helpful and made us both feel supported throughout the process of buying our first home. No question was left unanswered and both replied very quickly. Would highly recommend Nested.

Where to start? We first stumbled across Nested almost a year ago as we were interested in a property they were marketing. The vendors were so enthusiastic about them that we thought we would give them a call having had fairly average service from the estate agents we were with at the time. We didn’t end up using their chain free selling model as it wouldn’t have been worth it financially for us so we can’t really comment on that. But, based on the customer service and competitive price they offered we decided to use them as a traditional estate agent. What really, really stood out was their viewing feedback, realistic advice and above all their sales progression team. Despite a stormy journey (no fault of theirs) which involved buyers pulling out at the last minute we took their advice & remarketed our property and received another asking price offer within 2 weeks, during one of the most challenging periods of the year to sell. This sale completed yesterday. A special thanks must go out to Stuart and Becci both of whom worked tirelessly and diligently to get the sale “over the line”. Really helpful throughout the process, Jamie constantly kept me informed on what was going on and offered great advice, guidance and help even when not directly related to their part in the process. Brilliant.

We first contacted Nested in mid 2018. We were on a tight schedule chain-wise and our buyer had fallen through, which was stressful as our children were entering school for the first time in our new area. On top of this, we had a challenging co-freeholder on the property we were selling. Within weeks of contacting Nested we'd received the advance, completed the chain and were in our new house. Nested then dealt with a series of major hiccups on the sale - a buyer's surveyor claimed subsidence which didn't exist, and two other buyers (who'd made very good offers) pulled out due to poor market conditions. Despite these challenges, Jamie, Becci and Alex were patient, communicative and intelligent throughout, only contacting me when it was necessary and fighting to get the best result possible. Eventually, almost exactly a full year later a sale went through for significantly less than the amount Nested had valued and advanced. I was not liable for that shortfall, and they then reimbursed the council tax, insurance and utility costs accrued over those 12 months. Without them we wouldn't have been able to move on time and would've received less money for the property. Even though they no doubt lost money on this transaction, I was given incredible service throughout. Thank you for all the hard work!

Salesman Harry was attentive and honest, not too pushy, gave us time and space to make up our minds. Control then handed over to Nicole, who was very proactive in contacting us, our solicitor, and (presumably) the seller and their solicitor, chasing us up, making sure we were doing what needed to be done, and kept things moving forwards through to completion. Nicole mostly easy to contact and responsive. (When she was not available, calls would go through to an anonymous voicemail, which apparently nobody else was monitoring, which was a bit frustrating for just a few days close to the planned completion date when there was a delay on the seller's side, and some support would have been appreciated.) On the whole a very positive experience, contrasting very favourably with previous situations.

A fantastic experience with Nested, all the staff and their solicitors. The whole package really saved us from a tight spot and I think the business model is superb, and fair. Full marks all round. Highly, highly recommended in these turbulent times we now live in.

We were impressed with Nested right from the beginning. Initially Brad came to do the valuation which was far more scientific and realistic than some of the other estate agents we saw. He then passed us to Hannah and Debora, who managed to get us 3 offers around the asking price within a week. We then actually ended up dealing with Zoe for our onward purchase. Nested have conveyancing progressers that then take over; ours was Nicole and from the start she gave us really solid support and went the extra mile. It was a difficult chain and she worked really hard to keep things moving, for which we are very grateful. All the Nested employees were easy to deal with, responsive, friendly and helpful. Definitely not the experience we had with other agents whilst viewing properties. If I had any criticism it would be that the initial valuation was probably a little low and we pushed to advertise it at a higher level, which we ended up achieving easily. That said, Brad was flexible on this. We didn’t use the advance but this would have been a helpful tool had we needed it.

Property purchase. Overall positive positive. It was much slower than we expected and sometimes quite hard to get hold of the agents we were dealing with. The best part of the experience was through Nicole Snape who was incredibly helpful every step of the way and positive throughout.

Awful service, we dealt with two separate people who weren't aligned about the sale. One of the pair was completely incompetent and used quite aggressive sales tactics. Stay away.
