I had a fantastic experience selling my flat with Nested. The team go about things with a level of professionalism and thoughtfulness far beyond what I have seen elsewhere. The communication is always excellent - we particularly liked the online tool where you could see local property market data and written feedback from past viewings. Having been stuck in a chain with all of the accompanying uncertainty , Nested did exactly what it said on the tin. They helped us get out of the chain, their embedded finance allowed us buy our onward property and then - although it took a few months to get out of a soft spot in the market - successfully sold our old property at a good price. Nested's people were flexible, patient and understanding, particularly Elliott who successfully steered the sale process through some difficult waters. The business model makes sense - Nested get exclusivity and thus certainty of their revenues in exchange for absorbing risk for the period they make their customers chain-free. The built-in long-term tie in and incentives also avoid a lot of the more cut-throat tendencies of traditional estate agencies. Highly recommended.

Everyone at nested have been brilliant. Working through very difficult times - both Brexit and corona virus! chris introduced me to the uniqueness of the estate agent and then passed us onto Kaitlin who managed the viewings so well and then passed us to Nicole who was beyond efficient in managing the sale. I got in touch with Nested when I was worried that our sale with a different estate agent would fall through. To be totally honest, I didn't expect them to be any different than other estate agents, but I was pleasantly surprised. Everyone I spoke to was highly professional and knowledgeable. I was really impressed that they use data science - that's what modern estate agents should do. Nested make everyone else in the industry look like "dinosaurs". Even though I wasn't selling a property with them, Nested provided me with a free comprehensive Buyers Report for a property I was interested in. Again, I was really impressed! We viewed an apartment in London with Chris Gladwin the Nested agent. Although we decided against this particular flat, Chis could not have been more helpful and was extremely well informed about the property.

We had a brilliant experience with Nested when we were selling our home. Their expertise and knowledge of the market enabled us to negotiate on our dream home. As a first time seller it was really important to have an agent I could trust, who would also guide me through the whole selling process and make sure we got the best outcome from our move. Thankfully I found that with Nested. When I first spoke to the sales team they were really friendly and gave great advice on how to get the best price; from the marketing strategy, to dressing the apartment before viewings and the finishing touches to really make it stand out to buyers. Our sales agent Josh was brilliant and managed to get multiple offers on the flat and we ended up selling for well over asking price, getting £17,000 more than we were listed for! The sale then went through really quickly and having a dedicated sales progressor definitely helped ease the process. Needless to say I will be back in touch with Nested when it's time to sell again and will happily be recommending them to friends and family in the meantime!

I was looking for a property to buy on Rightmove and found one I liked with estate agent Nested. I emailed Nested requesting more information about this property and got an automated reply. Someone would be contacting me shortly. As it was early evening I did not expect a quick response. The next day I still had not heard so I replied through the automated email repeating my request...Nothing! The following day I rang Nested and spoke to a lady who told me that the person dealing with this property was out but would be back soon. This person was going to give me a call that very same morning. The lady also asked for my email so she could email me the details I requested. Nothing has happened since, no call no email. This was over a week ago, I guess some estate agents are not keen to sell, I thought. BUT then Nested did get in touch and loads of apologies followed. Sometimes certain things happen for a reason. I did not realise Nested also has agents who can offer help with buying your next property! I have now been offered this service as a goodwill gesture. All I need to do now is find a property I like and this agent will look into it for me. He can offer advise on status, value etc. Also negotiate with sellers agent. To be continued....
