Reiss Braniff has done a great job so far. The initial appointment went well, where Reiss explained the benefits and process behind Nested. The photos were great, much better than my previous agents, where it was on the market for months with no movement. Once on the market, Reiss had booked in 5 viewings in the first week where one made an offer. Reiss is very quick to respond via text and email at all hours of the day, I’m starting to wonder if he ever has any time off but I’m seriously very impressed.

In addition the user portal is very helpful and updated in a timely manner. It really helps customers to feel in control of the sales process. My wife and I worked with Nested to sell our property in South London and the whole team were first-class from start to finish. I would recommend them without hesitation even if you aren't considering their cash advance model. There are always bumps along the way when selling a property - we had our fair share, all of which were beyond our control (or Nested's). The whole team were incredibly supportive throughout and it really felt like they went the extra mile to do everything they could to help us through the process. The Nested team is the only thing I'll miss about the house buying / selling process!

Nested have been fantastic to deal with from the beginning of the process all the way through - from Business Manger, to Photographer, to Sales negotiator to Conveyancing Progression. Communication has been superb and they have been transparent and professional throughout. They were the third agent we worked with in our sale and we would have saved ourselves a sale fall through and a lot of stress and angst if we had gone with them in the first place. I wish I had known about them earlier. I recommend Nested with no hesitation at all.

I went with Nested as I was thinking about an alternate to the traditional estate agent. Harriet came to originally value the flat and she was lovely, I had a few other estate agents also value to assure myself the price was about right and they all said the same price. After I was passed onto Elliott/ the other team I have to say I wasn't particularly impressed. Only one person came to view the flat, who did offer but so low compared to the asking price and after a huge amount of back and forth for tiny increments his top offer was still £9k under the asking price. I had already indicated at the beginning of the process I did not need to sell the property in order to buy a new one (not due to the Nested advance which I did look into but the fees were very high and I didn't like the amount of control Nested would have over the process). They tried to push me into accepting this low offer by continually stressing that the buyer 'loved' the property (yet it was clearly out of his price range) which I found a complete waste of time. I don't want someone to try push me into selling just so they can keep their stats of 'selling within 2 weeks' when I clearly stated I could wait to achieve that/ near the price. The final nail in the coffin for Nested was when Elliott told me that 'the market was forcing them to be reactive rather than proactive' which he later tried to backtrack on when I expressed my shock at that statement, but I'm afraid that just made me think they weren't doing anything except putting it up online which rather defeats the purpose of using an estate agent. I have since ended by contract with Nested as I don't think the model works unless you want to sell your property fast (and aren't concerned with achieving the asking price) but also if your property is a typical property so that their metrics can track it, if your property is more unique for a specific type of buyer then I don't think they really work. All in all, I wouldn't use them again but it wasn't an unpleasant experience.

From start to finish, we were looked after brilliantly! There a were a few road bumps along the way but the nested team (especially Nicole) acted professionally and got things sorted to get the sale back on track. Communication was great, constantly in touch and always available to reassure and advise. Right up to the end I felt informed and well looked after.

Elliott and Nicole helped turn around our moving experience. After a disappointing start with another online firm, and finding a house that we loved, we had two options- let-to-buy and pay eye-watering stamp duty, or do some kind of bridging finance. Enter Nested. Spoiler alert- they made it happen for us. Be ready with all of the paperwork for the advance approval- they are very thorough- it is worth it because then it’s all ready for the buyer. I would say that it would have improved our experience even further if Nested had committed to a deadline on the advance- the window of 10-45 days didn’t help me manage the expectations of the vendor, and despite pouring all of my energy into the process it did take nearly 7 weeks, and even at the end nobody could tell me when it would be done apart from “soon”. I still rate this as a 5 star experience though because this annoying part of selling a house is inevitable, and it’s better to have it at the start than at the end, when you’re in a chain and worrying about exchange. I’m convinced that this is a better way to sell a property. The data analytics were really cool- as a bit of a nerd I really enjoyed clicking through the stats each day, which reassured me that we had priced it competitively and were likely to sell successfully. Elliott did a great job, getting lots of viewings and fitting them around our family life, and sold our flat within two weeks at the price that we expected to get. He was very knowledgeable and always positive and calm. Nicole then got it completed within 2 months despite a slow solicitor on the buyer’s side. We only needed the advance for 1 month in the end. I’m really happy with the people we dealt with- very positive and more relaxed in manner than your traditional estate agent, but also very hard working and proactive- they get things done! We moved into the home that we fell in love with, three months after reaching out to Nested. I think that under the circumstances they are the only people that could have pulled this off. Easy to deal with

Such a different experience with Nested. Having been shown around by other agencies, it was so blooming lovely to meet Elliot. I had a lot of questions about the place, and whereas i'd felt rushed / pressured / or been given hard ultimatums by other agencies, I felt like i could have proper open discussions with Elliot about it. Obviously they are trying to sell a property, but the process just was way more respectful and pleasant and blooming nice than i'd believed it could be! Nothing was too much to ask, really cooperative. I also appreciated how they enabled me to meet my vendor. It helped me so much to make my final decision. And that meeting then had such a positive influence on the process itself with Nicole, who i dealt with after Elliot, and is equally as lovely. For any potential sellers out there, they have worked out how to make buyers feel much more comfortable with offers and gain trust. You can tell the ethos of the company is a great one.
