Austria | 18 September 2024Ich habe länger überlegt, ob ich einen in Europa nicht erhältlichen Artikel über Revolve bestellen sollte. Habe mich schlussendlich dazu entschieden, trotz des etwas überhöhten Preises. Es stellte sich dann aber heraus, dass sämtliche Einfuhrabgaben im angezeigten Preis bereits enthalten waren sowie Standardversand. Habe noch die 8 EUR Expressversand aufbezahlt. Mittwoch nachts bestellt, geliefert ein Tag vor dem angegebenen Lieferdatum bereits am Montag Vormittag (LA nach Wien). Der Artikel selbst ist ebenfalls von der Qualität viel besser, als ich es angekommen hatte. Also 5 Sterne auf jeder Ebene. Da ich keine Retoure hatte, kann ich dazu nichts sagen, alles andere top und vertrauenswürdig 👍

Tot heden nog steeds niet mijn geld terug. Elke keer is er wat aan de hand. Slechtste klantenservice ooit. Ik raad niemand aan om hier te bestellen

Australia | 09 September 2024Revolve's customer service is abysmal and in need of substantial improvement. On September 5th, I submitted a request for a price match and received automated response stating, "We have received your email and will get back to you within 24 hours." Today is September 9th, and my request has not been addressed. Their website clearly states they will price match products. I found an identical item priced $10 lower on a competitor's site and, instead of immediately honouring the price match (which is so simple and straightforward to verify), I was asked to submit an official request through the "Contact Us" page— I did that, provided both links to their product and the competitor’s with a clear $10 price difference. And now, the competitor’s promotion has ended, and Revolve not only failed to price match, but they didn’t even bother to respond to my request. But in the meantime, they successfully sent me 12 promotional emails about new arrivals, best-selling items, and irrelevant content like "Welcome to NYC." One would expect that Revolve would prioritise honouring what they publicly state - their price match policy and their promise to respond within 24 hours. If you publicly commit to responding to customers within 24 hours, you should stand by that promise. And if you state you will price match - that too should be honoured and streamlined rather than unnecessarily complicated. I haven't even bought my first product from this company and I already don't trust them.

United Kingdom | 03 September 2024The return process is such a mess. There is no return button on the web to initiate a return. I had to email customer service to find out how to return. Turns out the return address on their website and the the same return address confirmed by their customer service was an old one. I had to send another email to customer service to find out where is my return. And they told me I posted to the wrong address. What the hell? The only good thing of my first Revolve shopping express is their customer service does respond fairly quickly. But that’s it. I won’t shop on this website again.

Offered me a full refund when the dress I bought unfortunately lost quite a lot of sequins after a first wear. Let me keep the dress and also gave me a %15 discount for my next purchase. Completely hassle free and I did not have to push for a refund at all, best company/customer service I have ever dealt with.

I did a Google search and there is hardly any information about this company. What does this company sell anyway? Whatever it is, I never received it. So I am calling my bank to dispute the charge.

United Kingdom | 24 August 2024I'm really confused at how this shop sells anything in the mens range, was looking at Hoodies and the majority of them are so overpriced it's crazy haha, Represent hoodie is 100 pounds more expensive than amywhere else, They are selling an All Saints hoodie that's 100 pounds everywhere else for 210 pounds, it's barmy.

United States | 23 August 2024I’m really disappointed with the treatment I have received from revolve this company has really failed in all ways - After placing an order it was canceled why? Who knows? My billing my address everything matches not sure why risk management decided to pick me and cancel my order. This will be the last time I ever shop at revolve and I’ll be sure to let my friends and family members to avoid shopping at revolve at all cost. Their reasoning behind why the order got canceled makes no sense I’m given the option to pay with Klarna PayPal or a third party but not with my own personal credit cards how does this even make sense it doesn’t not sure why a third party verification process is needed when your company can verify me buying $300 worth of items isn’t that what risk management is for??? I’ve already purchased the same items at Nordstrom so I won’t be needing anything any further but just truly disappointed in this experience. The only reason why I placed the order in the first place was because I was sent a 15% promo code to come back as a customer and I wanted to take advantage of that since it was a good deal. Please inform your customers why their orders get canceled and can’t pay with their own credit cards no explanation makes no sense.

Von Revolve wird jetzt behauptet, wir hätten einen leeren Karton zurückgeschickt- das ist unfassbar. Auch wir werden den Rechtschutz einsetzen und für schlechte Presse sorgen. Finger weg von diesem Unternehmen.

Based on my experience, do not buy pre-sale items, I’ll tell you what happened to me; placed an order in June and received a notification that my item had been received but then was lost in the warehouse. My order was cancelled and I was told to order again. I complained and got an additional discount to placed the order again. We are now mid-Aug and still nothing. I have been waiting over two months. First time customer and unlikely to ever order again from them despite how the staff have been trying to appease me.

I bought four sneakers and chose the size I always choose.. But when it arrived it turned out that the size was US and not UK and there was no specification next to the number.. When I wanted to return it cost me $343 and I talked about this matter with customer service who offered me $50 as a one-time assistance!!

One of the things which really attracted me to this site which no one else did was it gave recognition to the designer, the photographer as well as the model and I have recently been on to the site and have seen they have changed this, I think this is such a shame as it really made them stand out from the rest.

Canada | 08 August 2024I ordered a dress here recently - they carry higher priced items/designers, but I find the majority are competitively priced based on where you find them elsewhere. The dress was stunning and amazing quality. Shipping was super fast (I’m in Canada) and it arrived within a few days of placing the order; I was also provided with tracking info so I could stay up to date with where the item was during the shipping process. There were some issues with the dress (missing belt loop, etc.) but when I reached out to customer service they were super responsive and more than resolved the issue promptly (like, within an hour of reaching out to them) - honestly some of the best customer service I have ever had. They made a point of emphasizing that receiving an item not in perfect condition was not the experience they wanted a customer to have or in line with their company. I was reluctant initially to buy such a high priced item online from a company I’d never dealt with before, but my experience was amazing and I will 100% go back. Amazing customer service!!!
