Ordered my wife a dress for date night that she wanted and it looks great

Ich verstehe die negativen Bewertungen nicht. Der Shop ist mehr als nur Kundenfreundlich. Bestellungen werden schnell bearbeitet und der Kundenservice ist Super. Ich habe ein paar Ohrringe bestellt und musste diese nicht zurückschicken aus umweltfreundlichen Gründen. Mir wurde einfach das Geld zurück überwiesen. Nach dieser Erfahrung musste ich dem Shop einfach 5 Sterne geben. Als Dank habe ich dann noch ein paar Schuhe hier bestellt, statt in einem anderen Shop um revolve zu unterstützen. Schuhe wurden auch behalten und bin total glücklich und zufrieden 😊. Ich werde ganz bestimmt öfters hier was bestellen.

What absolute stars! I happened to need to return an item way past the date but when I explained the circumstances they offered to let me return the item for a full refund. I have NEVER had such great customer service, they even came back to me on the day I sent them an email so the whole process was dealt with within 24 hours. I would certainly use this company again, in this day and age online companies can be a minefield when it comes to returning items so it was a total pleasure to find them so easy and obliging to deal with.

The product is fine, but the packaging is not so much. The clear plastic box that wrapped around the product to protect it was clearly opened by someone, but the cardboard box that is used to protect the clear plastic box on the other hand is untouched so clearly someone messed up the packaging process, but I don’t mind because the product is still intact. Everything is fine so minus one star

There were so scratches on decorating chain on my dress and it became darker in some parts. Also there were some stains and smelled not fresh like someone was wearing this dress before and returned. It was FINAL SALE, no returns.

Every year I buy myself a birthday dress from revolve. The shipping is very fast to the uk and I never had problems with returns, the refund was always processed fast. Quality can be hit and miss depending on brands but it’s usually very nice ☺️

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM REVOLVE. I bought a jumpsuit, but they didn't deliver it, when I managed to speak to them they said I had to send my debit card and my ID, I asked why I would have to send it, I never did that, and I also paid with my debit card and they already charged my account. I said that I would not send it and that for me the site is not trustworthy, it is a fake site. Never buy from this site.
