Their warranty is non-existent. I bought an airmattress from Walmart, and it started deflating after 3 use. So I contacted Intex online for 1 year warranty. First, their email system is so terrible. You cannot respond to their response email so you would have to go back to their website and rewrite the same thing everytime you need to respond about the same issue. On the first email, I specified what product and where I bought it with my address and everything. It took them 4 emails back and forth just to tell me that I cannot get a replacement because warranty does not extend to their products bought thru other retailers. Most people buy intex products from Target, Walmaet, Costco and Sams, not from their website. What a scam this company is. I will never buy another product from intex.

INTEX products are making my life so much easier. The quality is decent, the delivery is always fast.

Purchased the largest above ground pool they sell. Took over a month for delivery. Set up went pretty smoothly. Filled pool and started filter and salt chlorinator per there very minimal instructions. Filter worked fine but no chlorine was being generated by the salt system. Sent inquiries (only half wete answered) to the company but got suggestions that made no sense. Salt level was perfect as was the pH. They told me not to put regular chlorine in as it would damage the already non-functioning salt system. 4 months later I still have no solution. They are running me in circles by asking for photos and videos multiple times. I had to empty the 55,000 liters of water because it was all algae and bug ridden. Going to cost alot to fill again.

Nefastos! Son unos sin vergüenzas. NO COMPRAR. Pensaba que era un firma de prestigio y cuidadora con sus clientes, pero todo lo contrario. Compre un colchón de alta gama y me llegó uno que no aparece ni en su web, supongo que descatalogado. He intentado comunicarme con ellos de todas las formas posibles, email, teléfono, whatsApp y no hay manera, ni de que lo cambien ni de la devolución y temo de quedarme sin colchón y sin dinero. Por favor, lean las reseñas y no compre, tarde o temprano esta marca y todos sus productos se fulminará por la mala reputación que está generando a todos los clientes.

Tras 3 años y poco de uso de la piscina, en los cuales 1 año no fue utilizado, el estado en que están los tubos de la piscina es de vergüenza, llenos de óxido. De los tubos caen trozos al suelo, de hecho la piscina por alrededor habían trozos pudiéndoselos clavar mis hijos. Les pasé le incidencia a Intex y me responden: ** El fabricante estima que, transcurridos 24 meses desde su compra, cualquier fallo que pueda surgir no será de fabricación, si no que puede darse por el uso o cualquier otra causa ajena a la producción del producto. ** Entiendo que el producto pueda tener una garantía de 2 años, pero es que esto es una vergüenza, tras 3 años de uso, cuando la garantía ya ha pasado que el producto esté en estas condiciones. Esto no es por mal uso, esto es por MALA FABRICACIÓN O POR MALOS MATERIALES EMPLEADOS. Encima me dicen "Le facilitamos el link de los repuestos de su producto" Claro vuelvo a comprar los materiales y a saber como son estos, prefiero comprar otra piscina en otro sitio. Es una decepción.

Terrible company. I bought their air mattress and it started to deflate after 3 use. I read that their mattress comes with 1 year warranty so I contacted them online. First you cannot respond to their response email so every single time, they ask you questions, you would have to go back to their online form to input all the information all over again. Second, I included the product info and where and when I bought the mattress with a screenshot of the receipt in the first email. Then it took me three more emails back and forth for them to ask to what my address is, and what the model # is and ended up telling me that they do not have warranty for intex products sold from a retailer (in my case Walmart). Because it has been more than 3 months since the purchase, walmart does not give me any back or replacement. How many people actually buy intex products from their website?? Not a lot, and if you buy from Walmart or Target like most people do, their 1 year warranty means nothing. I would never ever again buy intex product.

Zwembad filterpomp met overcapaciteit gekocht 2,2 jaar geleden. Pomp werd 4 mnd en 5 uur p.d gebruikt. Altijd netjes opgeruimd schoongemaakt en onderdak gestaan. Intel heeft één belang en dat is eigenbelang samen met Toppie. Geen coulance of enige vorm van een tegemoetkoming, vinden de consument vervelend terwijl Intex kwalitatief slechte producten verkoopt samen met Toppie. Gelukkig zijn er kwalitatief goede merken op de markt. Voor ons geen Intex rommel meer en geen Toppie die sturen je alleen maar door.

Als je dit bedrijf mailt vanwege een probleem ( in mijn geval met de Spa jet en bubble de luxe) krijg je gewoon geen antwoord. Heb zelfs een keer een bestelling gedaan van een kleinigheid en komt gewoon nooit. Intex producten zijn zeker niet slecht maar hun after sales afdeling is bijzonder slecht.

Pedí un cobertor el 1 de agosto de 2023, siendo recibido 2 o 3 días después. Tras MENOS DE UN MES de uso en el año 2023, en el que ya se podían apreciar signos de deterioro, se embaló cuidadosamente. Tras CINCO O SEIS DÍAS de uso este verano, el estado en el que se encuentra el producto es lamentable. Se ha deshecho completamente, estamos nadando en plástico. Casi 100€ de cobertor que se han deshecho en menos de 40 días de uso. No esperábamos esto de un artículo de Intex, pésima calidad.

Purchased 4 inflatable mattresses for staging and only one of the 4 worked. 3 had littles holes in the seams and would deflate after a day. They initially replaced the 3 after many phone calls, photos, emails and two of the replacements don't work. One had a tiny hole and the other the motor didn't even turn on. They are a terrible company, they tried to deny their warranty on false claims. Walmart should not be selling their products. Very frustrating.

Heb vorige week een Intex pure spa gekocht 6 persoon, na 5 dagen foutcode E91. Alles correct gedaan volgens de handleiding, case aangemaakt bij Intex maar nog geen feedback. Opgelet als je Intex koopt de winkels geven geen ondersteuning en verwijzen naar Intex service maar je moet maar hopen op een antwoord.

Llego haber visto las valoraciones de la página y no hubiese comprado en ella. Gente que esté pensando en comprar aquí, por favor no lo haga, mira las valoraciones de la gente, todas de 1 estrella y todas tienen razón, ya que soy otro inocente que ha caído en manos de esta basura de empresa. Todo lo que han escrito los compañeros me ha pasado a mí también. No contestan. No atención al cliente. No teléfono. No informan del seguimiento del pedido. Llevo 15 días esperando un pedido por el que me han cobrado 25€ sólo de envío. Productos de mala calidad. Llamé a la empresa de transportes y me localizaron mi pedido, me dijo la chica que la empresa INTEX es una ''mierdX'' CITO TEXTUALMENTE. '' Que hace lo mismo con todos los clientes'' .

I bought a one person intex inflatable kayak only used it once in the river, since then been stored in its bag in my attic storage, nothing ontop of it, got it out to go in the sea with it and tried to blow up the base and it's already got a leak somewhere, went flat almost instantly Thank God I had realised it was leaking before I took it into the water. The local sea side shop says the coast guard are alway having to go out to rescue people with these that deflate in the sea. Very unsafe product!

Una depuradora de arena y en dos años y 1 meses para tirar, usada menos de 20h ya que está en una casa de vacaciones, ha durado menos que una de las de cartucho. Reclamo y me dicen que esta fuera de garantía, claro que está fuera, pero que es una basura también, producto de muy mala calidad y peor duración

Productos defectuosos y nada entes en garantía , que casualidad.tanto dinero invertido para tirarlo porque si la piscina viene agujereada y no te la cambisn es una vergüenza

Fatal. 1 mes de uso y deja de funcionar la depuradora, se la llevan, después de 2 semanas justificando que no va, y me responden a está perfecta y me la devuelven igual! Es decir todo un mes, sin poder usar la piscina. Atención al cliente nula, nefasta. He pedido en repetidas ocasiones metodo de quejas para presentar una y ni responden, no hay teléfono, no puedes hablar con nadie. Tengo que comprar otra depuradora!! Y que decir de la agencia de transporte ontime con la que trabaja ...4 días para que recojan!!! Un desastre todo. Así que lo único que me queda es poner una quéja en el omic.

Intex y bestway , es lo mismo . A mi me exploto una tabla de paddle surf , muy mala calidad
