Absolutely brilliant team. Really good and sound support for our mortgage on a new house, we even had to swap product before moving due to our fixed rate expiring and none of it was too much trouble. Charlotte Bakewell is brilliant and really down to earth so you can have honest conversations about what is best for you financially. She is supported by Kelly who really was on top of all paperwork etc - overall we were very very happy.

Was referred to Jenny & Kelly for mortgage advice via a Yopa contact and I'm glad I was. Initially want sure if I wanted a mortgage for BTL or for a holiday property. We used scout finance based on Yopa offering the deal that scout finance will be included in the cost when selling your home, even their automated phone-hold states it. Yet, halfway into the mortgage submission Nic told us that because "he's put so much work into it" that we will be liable to pay the normal fee.

We are very pleased with the service we have received from Julie. It was very easy to talk to her. She always got back to us the same day. She sorted out our mortgage and life insurance in a professional way very quickly. When she was off, Diane was there to deal with queries. Kelly provided buildings insurance in no time. She was alway there to give us a helping hand. She responded to our emails the same day.

Great help from Jonathan, kept me up to date with everything I needed, and always responded/called to answer any of my questions. House buy took a while, and he made it very easy on the mortgage application side, including any extra insurances needed. Great service. would highly recommend.

Side note - Charlotte was great in getting us a variety of options with one of us full time employed and one being one year into self employment! No high street lenders would have us due to self employment but Charlotte ended up with a multitude of options for us!

Very helpful, Ashleigh and Kelly whom dealt with me were extremely helpful providing me with everything I needed. It was honestly the most stress free part of buying my property as the ladies were getting things done in a timely manner contact was mostly through emails with minimal phone calls, which was perfect for replying as and when I could around my work schedule.
