David White was a great financial adviser. He assisted us with our mortgage application and our life cover in relation to the mortgage. He made appointments which were flexible to our working days/times and explained everything fully at all stages. During our sales process the mortgage rates changed so David renegotiated us a better deal on our new mortgage. David and his team were always contactable and were so helpful throughout our whole process. Thank you for all your help.

Excellent customer service, highly recommend. As a first time buyer me and my partner were clueless on the process of buying a home and what was needed. Our mortgage advisor Mark made this process much easier and was extremely helpful and supportive with any and all questions we asked which was so reassuring. You never felt like an idiot asking him things, he was always happy to answer any questions and give guidance on any next steps or concerns you we had. The fee was acceptable too. Also Kelly who is admin support following the finalising of our mortgage offer was equally very helpful and extremely efficient, she cracked on quickly with what ever we needed to get us to our completion stage.
