This is a great company to deal with. Very efficient. We have now had to submit two claims over the last couple of years for our British Shorthair cat. 4Paws emailed the forms promptly. Simple to complete. We then handed them to Vets and they submitted the claim to 4Paws. We then received our monies promptly. The reason we chose 4Paws is because you can claim a larger amount in one go if you need to - having watched TV programs about vets and the potential costs involved we felt this was important.

It was simplicity itself to claim and receive payment.

From the moment the claim was put in I was kept updated throughout. Seamless and claim settled in a short space of time. Impressed.

Appalling. It’s been 7 weeks & my claim has still not been processed. Apparently it’s with the underwriters & they assess claims case by case!!!!! I’ve received vague & evasive responses each time I contact them. I wouldn’t mind, but I’ve had the policy for 10 years & this was only my second claim. Very poor service. I’ve raised a number of complaints about the service I’ve received to no avail. Apparently they have 8 weeks to respond to complaints. I’ve not been kept informed about progress. Each time there is contact, it has been initiated by me. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. BEST TO PAY ANOTHER INSURANCE COMPANY. I FEEL STUCK WITH THEM NOW.

No problem with paying the vets bill. We will see how much our premiim will increase in November.
