I have had to claim twice this year for very similar injuries requiring stitches for my energetic, accident prone spaniel. 4Paws were easy to contact and paid out quickly. Would recommend.

We have had to claim through 4paws pet for our kitten and it was all dealt with very quickly and smoothly with no problems at all. I would highly recommend 4Paws Pet Insurance. It was a very difficult time but was made so much easier because we had insurance.

Prior to moving to 4Paws Pet Insurance I discovered that my previous insurers were unable to transfer to a more apropriate cover after making claims. By nature of a owning a dog in urban surroundings the odd accident is a realistic risk and learned in 2 years or so a life cover was the most sensible way forward. 4Paws took our custom with a straight forward change over and unfortunate cuts and scrapes to our dog that followed have been covered to our satisfactory and affordability. Inevitable premium rise this year of renewal and that's reflective in most areas of insurance.

Good dog insurance but unimpressed with dramatic price increase on this years premium. As soon as dog suffers problem and a claim is entered then premium increases exponentially without taking into account previous years where there were no claims.

Quick and easy to deal with, they have covered everything my dog has needed after developing arthritis. He's also had bits and bobs along the way, mass removal (wart), grass seed removal from ear canal, he now needs root canal treatment in 4 teeth which they have pre approved for treatment. I wouldn't go with anyone else now, great customer service and always going the extra mile. Thanks 4paws.
