Very helpful and pleasant customer services team who chased up our claim from our vets (as they had sent it to the wrong email address). Claim was paid exactly as per the policy I bought. No fuss. Would definitely recommend 4Paws.

Really impressed with the speed and efficency with which they dealt with my claim after my dog needed dental surgery.

Unfortunately I don't know if it's my phone or my line but I tried to call them and the guy who I was trying to make my claim was so rude and unpatience. As I was telling him the story for the claim he kept asking me same questions even if I already told him first place. Got annoyed with no reason at all and hang up on me. Is that how you going to help me with my claim? Horrible employee. I had to call back as I didn't get any of my questions answered, but fortunately the lady who answer was way nicer and patience (as the line wasn't clear). If it was for just for her this review would been 5 starts but for the other guy it's even 0 starts

Would be better without all the excess you keep taking off every claim

At a difficult time they made things as easy as possible, settled claims promptly and were informative with advice in homeopathic treatments.

I found the service fantastic. The claim was dealt with alot sooner than I anticipated and paid out days after the decision. Having not claimed before I was worried there would be small print that would prevent a successful claim. I am happy to have my insurance with 4 paws and feel assured. I won't be changing insurance in the future.

Our bengal cat fell ill unfortunately over the Christmas period, which resulted in a substantial vet bill. The matter was dealt with with utmost efficiency by 4Paws and I was extremely impressed with their service. Excellent company. As ever with insurance, you hope it's a service you hope you never have to use but it's reassuring to know that they will deliver if the circumstances require.

You usually take weeks to pay out a regular claim, but this time you paid out quickly, then you asked us to review you for the first time ever in 9 years. We now expect this service going forward as we know now you can pay out this quickly.

If I could give a zero or negative star review I would. In summary when I tried to make a claim for my dog insurance, 4Paws were shocking, and tried every possibility to avoid paying the claim. The customer service is disgusting, they constantly sent incorrect emails stating the claim would not be covered, or had been cancelled and then were uncontactable for days. This stress had a detrimental effect on me and my family, we have never claimed insurance in all the years we’ve had our dog, and the full point of insurance is peace of mind. Yet we did not get that, as well as having to deal with the trauma of a seriously unwell animal, we have had a terrible and currently still ongoing saga to deal with thanks to the staff and the absolutely criminal level of lies and lack of support from 4paws. They also hide behind this name 4paws, and are in fact Jigsaw Insurance aptly named after the horror films!

My claim for my dog was received on 27th of march,and had a settlement statement 3 days later

All proceesed quicly in one go without any queries. Only negative was needing to complete PDF document instead of directly into a webform.

We've had our 8 year old rescue rottweiler insured with this company since we got her 4 years ago as,at the time, they provided the best cover we could find anywhere. She has developed health problems over the last couple of years but have never had any issues with payment of our claims which are settled very promptly direct to our vet.
