United Kingdom | 19 November 2020Unfortunately I have had to make a second claim within 3 years. My poor cat has been attacked by three dogs & also involved in an RTA. The 4Paws team not only showed much empathy but also made the claims process very easy. The vet practice billed 4Paws direct which allowed me to spend many weeks nursing the cat back to health rather than dealing with administrative work. Obviously premiums will increase after these events but the smooth processing makes it worthwhile. 4Paws are an excellent company to deal with and I would recommend them without reservation.
