They, like many insurance providers, will find any excuse not to pay - for the sake of your pet, don't waste your money with this company. I've now cancelled my policy with them, I may as well have flushed £200 down the drain for all the use they've been.

Because she now had a "unknown previous medical condition" we have to stay with NCI. And don't they know it. Our annual cost go up ridiculous amounts every year and we have to stay. We started on £6 a month. We are now £30. No issues since 6 years ago. Livid. Beware.

United Kingdom | 13 January 2023We were new to pets and pet insurance so not sure about the company and how they would deal with any claims, but when we claimed for our animal's hospital treatment before Christmas, 4Paws Pet Insurance were brilliant. They dealt with the claim quickly and we were very happy with the results and with the contact we had with them, by phone and email. Will continue to use 4Paws in the future.

Our very active, healthy dog had a sudden, traumatic injury that resulted in a diagnosis of a cruciate ligament rupture, requiring bone surgery. The 4Paws team was responsive, supportive and the communication was excellent, keeping us informed along the way. We had a tough 3 months his operation and recovery but 4Paws did put our minds at ease and also lessened the financial pressure. Huge thanks to the 4Paws team from us all 🐾😅
