A fantastic quality service for a really cheap price. Everything they claim on the website is spot on. If I ever require another VPN then GoTrusted will be my first port of call

I was really satisfied using Go trusted. Now i do not need it anymore but i can recommend it to anyone.

I attempted to use GoTrusted in China but it would only work for a brief period of time. I asked for help and made a list of ideas which I tried again and again -- I spent about 20 min. each day, trying to get it to work and sometimes it would work for 15 min. or so. Certain methods sometimes worked in certain locations but there was no one method that would work for very long. I could not get it to work in southern China or in Laos. It worked only a few times in Thailand and and almost never in Cambodia or Malaysia. Overall, Gotrusted was a waste of money.

Let me connect in china and I was able to cancel easily when I went home.

I was not able to get GoTrusted connection up more than half of the time, even when the Wi-Fi was on and there was internet connection.

Connection is so so in China.

Once I connected GoTrusted my download speeds were reduced by at least 50%. Not sure why, but I validated it numerous times. I would watch the average download speed connected, and then disconnect it and watch speeds go back to normal.

Simple program let me stay connected while visiting China and Korea. Will use again when I need to travel.

I like GoTrusted because it works on mobile devices and computers alike, and I can have it up and on on two devices at the same time (important to me). It's not horribly expensive, although it's also not cheap, and with the mobile version I can choose what kind of connection I want to have as well as where I want the connection to go through. It's noticeably slower than normal internet, but slow Facebook and YouTube is better than no Facebook or YouTube! However, the biggest issue I have is trying to make purchases. I play some online games and the companies are super jerks about making purchases online if you are not physically located within the country, and GoTrusted's VPN DOES NOT FOOL THEM (or perhaps they can tell I am using a VPN), which is terribly frustrating. If I ever find a VPN service that will work to let me make purchases from those kinds of vendors, I will switch immediately. Until then, though, GoTrusted all the way. The only times it fails completely are when I'm in a place with internet that simply shuts down any and all attempts at connecting the VPN. Some hotel networks, for example. Most public places work fine. In fact, where I am, for a while all VPN services were struggling. All of my friends were on other services (Astrill, etc.) and complaining about how they couldn't get to the sites they wanted, but GoTrusted worked during that period with minimal interruptions. I had some problems connecting in the beginning, and emailed the GoTrusted customer support. They were VERY fast, clear, and I got the issue resolved right away. This is my 2nd year with GoTrusted--I just renewed for another 1-year subscription. I do recommend it to people who ask about VPN services, but can't say that the friction points are minimal. Not until I can buy game expansions easily.

When I was connected trough Secure Tunnel ,most time I got message :Network interferrence and VPN try to reconnect. It's a big loss of work ,if he disconnect Connection it's not so fast like the normal Internet , but acceptable.

okay service. biggest problem is sometimes getting connected and staying connected. sometimes seems to slow down my internet. good price.

I love goTrusted. Gives me opportunity to have another ip when I am traveling. And it's easy to use, too. Sucks that Hulu banned the GoTrusted ip addresses, but that's not why I stopped using GoTrusted. The problem is that it increases the ping from 90ms up to 500ms sometimes up to 1,000ms. And it happens when the app is connected, and it stays like that pretty much all the time I use it. Great app if you are only writing e-mails or chatting. Not if you are trying to build a site, and are need to use a different ip address.

GoTrusted literally kept me same while I was base in China for so many years. I was able to access Facebook, Instagram and YouTube despite all the block outs by the government. Although there were down times, the backend guys will get it resolved within a day. Awesome stuff.

Seems beijing blocked your ip that i cant connect agn.

Visited China for two weeks and found that the normal VPN I use, Private Internet Access, would not work in China. It has never let me down before in other countries, but even with on-line chat help it never connected once. That meant no Facebook, Google, Gmail and a bunch of other stuff. I took out an emergency subscription with Go Trusted (first week free). This worked OK most of the time but did have a few problems. First, it dropped the connection intermittently and second it took a long time to log on. It insisted on trying in Standard mode first (which never worked) before trying Compatibility mode (which did). Altogether, it could take around 1-2 minutes to open a secure connection, including trying alternative servers - much too long in my view. Especially in hotels and other public places which insisted on re-logging in every time. Now back in Spain I have gone back to PIA - reliable and fast. My suggestion would be - if you are looking for a VPN that will work where others don't - give Go Trusted a try. If you can live with the long log in then keep using it. Whatever you do, try and select a VPN BEFORE going to China not when you get there. You may find that Go Trusted is one of the few reliable ones for that country.

I have had a coie issues regarding compatibility mode, though these few issues have been resolved and now it works perfectly.

I think I joined GT approximately two years ago, possibly more and used it a great deal with no problems. I didn't use it for a few months, and when I tried, I could not get it to download. I followed the instructions given but nothing worked. I'm not sure what changed, and I'd like to re-join if possible.
