I had enjoyed the service when I traveled in China and I will use it again when I travel in China.

If not for the fact that I am traveling and relocating to another country, I will still keep the service. I have been using GoTrusted in China for couple of years with no worries. GoTrusted is worth trusting!

good: works in people's republic of china to access google,facebook...;allow multiple devices (iphone, pc) to connect no so good: slow and frequently get disconnected; needs manually re-connect; customer service does not reply email; there is a small window always shown on top of other windows; almost all "standard mode" connection attempts fail, then it uses 'compatibility mode" to get connected; gmail sometimes block the login via GoTrusted, treat it as suspicious or high-jack attempt on email;

Have no bad comments only good. Have good service and instant reply to inquires. have passed on to friends my satisfaction with the service and the stability of Go Trusted connection. Cheers Don Boswell.

Just perfect

Had some problems staying on service... most notably at night when I relied on the service away, from my desktop, to use tablets and/or laptop. It got so bad at one point, I wondered whether someone or something was deliberately causing the interference -- at the router level -- to intentionally disable the service. I eventually contacted your tech support staff and was instructed to map the log-in to a static (?) address setting and things improved slightly but not enough to justify the month expense. I'm not doing anything online that requires SECRECY so it just wasn't worth the headache. Thanks for your interest in my experience.

Spent too much time trying to connect. Most times couldn't.

I am a senior foreign expert working in China in university life-sciences research and have met many other foreign experts over the past three years. The policy of the Chinese government is to 'shield' the general Chinese population from the negative aspects of western culture. Which translates to mean that many foreign websites are blocked. Most foreign experts are given unfiltered access to western websites and middle class Chinese and foreign experts have depended on VPN services to tunnel thru the Great Firewall. I never ask to exemption to the Great Firewall, but have depended on VPN services because it adds additional security for sensitive bank information! Government policy, since the last change of government in China, has been to strengthen the Great Firewall so all VPN software has a hard time tunneling thru the firewall. I tested GoTrusted and found that it tunnels much faster than ExpressVPN and the process is effortless because little keyboard input is expected from the user. Connection is faster than ExpressVPN which requires frequent keyboard entry to try another 'tunnel path' so I give GoTrusted 4 stars for speed of connection. But GoTrusted frequently disconnects (8 to 15 times per hour) whereas ExpressVPN, once connected is good for 24 h in some locations in China and for an hour or two in other locations in China. So for stability I give GoTrusted only 2 stars. AVERAGE rating 3-stars.

When it worked it was very good but I couldn't use it in Shanghai for some reason.

GoTrusted works great most of the time. I go to China once or twice every 3-6 months. China has gotten really aggressive about blocking many internet services. GoTrusted seems to work really hard at staying ahead of the Chinese censors. On several occasions, I've gotten over there to find that my older version of GoTrusted was no longer working--though in each case, I simply updated the software and then it worked fine. The big bummer for me though is that GoTrusted doesn't offer a one-month-at-a-time subscription. Instead, they want you to sign up for an automatically-billed month-to-month subscription and then tell you that you can "cancel at any time". I find that I end up paying them for many months wherein I don't use their service. I really wish that they would simply add a "buy one month at a time" feature.

While I am traveling Asia. Some of important WEB services are required specific IP address. In case, GoTrusted was helping me a lot.

I went on Go Trusted when working in China (Shanghai) last year. I managed to logon once, then when I tried again it would not let me, giving a reason, I think, that I needed to speak to an administrator or that I did not have admin rights, so I gave up. I've spent a years subscription for nothing, so have bailed-out.

As far as I am concerned the proof of a VPN performance is in the running of the system, from within a Country which puts up obstacles to free dissemination of the internet. I needed to connect from China, from where Google, Gmail and a host of other websites are on the 'Server not found' or 'Error' list. The performance of Gotrusted is definitely dull and painfully slow here. To establish the connection is a task in itself, while maintaining a connection once connected is a nightmare. The connection drops every few minutes and the whole re-establishment of connection process starts afresh each time. Most times, the software just gives up and asks you to login again..... and again! To add insult to injury, the Gotrusted automatically de-activated my account, when I asked them to not bill me the monthly amount from the next cycle, even though I had a balance of 15 days of use/money left in my account. This was done with a simple terse and rather smug email to me. My account was de-activated on the days I needed it most, as I was doing all my return arrangements!! A strongly worded email to their Support email address, resulted in a manual re-activation with a rather vague explanation of why and how the de-activation was done. The 2 days lost due to the screw up, were also added to the remaining days...... meanwhile it was time to return home to the free internet, which rendered the whole exercise useless. Not the happiest of Customers at this time, I guess!!!

Used in Shanghai and Beijing with excellent result

We visit Chengdu, China once a year, usually for about 3 to 5 months. Your VPN service proved to be the best I've found, though far from perfect. I use the service to connect with American site that are blocked. Resistance is very severe at times. Keep working to make it better. We will use your service again when we return to China.

I probably would use it again. A bit frustrating having to keep connecting all the time, maybe I needed a very good internet connection.Overall I was satisfied when I could read my gmails

I have used GoTrused since March 2014. I am from the United States and now live in China. As many of us know, Facebook, YouTube, Google and many other sites are blocked n China. A VPN service is essential for keeping in touch. Especially if you have a GMail email account. GoTrusted has been my method of connection for familiar sites blocked in China. When i switched over from my bank account payment to a PayPal payment, and made a payment, my access stopped. I contacted GoTrusted about the issue. They repaired the glitch and, got me connected again all within several hours. GoTrusted is very inexpensive. If you need a VPN, I suggest using GoTrusted.

I started with go trusted a few months ago and had problems continuously. I didn't want to change to another service as I thought they were all the same so I stuck with go trusted. I found that I had about 5-10 minutes of computer use per hour the rest of the time was waiting for go trusted to reconnect what a joke compared to my new service, I wish I had never heard of go trusted and I sure will not mention the name to anyone. please unsubscribe me from any missive's sent by go trusted.
