Gotrusted let me connect to the UK content I needed while visiting China very easily. Their support was top-notch whenever I had a query about my setup on my laptop or my phone. I will definitely use them again when I go abroad.

It is my first experience with an encrypted VPN in China. There were some problems in connecting with the server, but once connected the quality of the service was good. The application was very easy to use. I cannot compare with other but GoTrusted gave me a good service, I can consult google apps and the access to any webpage was reasonably good. The only problem is that sometimes connection failed and, once connected, from time to time the connection was lost.

Sorry, but the service does not work. And when required, there was no support. Further, I enrolled for a week trial. And when I wanted to withdraw the same, the support page does not open :( I was charged for the service without using it and I have no plans of using it too. Would appreciate if the money charged to my card is refunded. Thanks.

GoTrusted seems to be a new comer in the industry of VPN. They have used a provider from Korea which blocks certain websites! It's not user friendly to change the location. When GoTrusted stops, most of the time I cannot reload it as they say "Connect to Internet before to reload". This is stupid because Internet is already open! Then I have to close my PC and reload GoTrusted again. GoTrusted is cheap but what for?

I experienced Go trusted ' s VPN service during my trip to China. Only several times I remembered it had hard time to connect, but I don't know if that is because of the Internet speed. Overall, it was a very good experience and it kept me using Google and Gmail smoothly. Thank you Gotrusted!

I've been travelling overseas and always encountered difficulties to access my e-mail, to send -emails, etc. due to blocked IP addresses from certain countries. Sine I was travelling on business, sometime it even had caused me missing a million dollar business, because I could not receive or answer my e-mails while travelling. I am a citizen in China and I have applied 7-day free trial of GoTrusted; however, I can only get access to google but never to Gmail or Facebook or YouTube.

Connectivity was always perfect, for speed and other issues i think ican only blane my chinese carrier / wifi. keep up the good job!

I used this mostly in China so I could access email, as well as Facebook. It was not difficult to figure out, and it worked on both my computer and my phone.

It slows the Internet speed and find time consuming while connecting. I really don't know the exact technical reason behind it.

The connection especially from afternoon on was mostly not possible. Often lost connection after some minutes also after an update a few weeks ago.

I had an issue connecting initially but support helped me immediately when I contacted them. After a couple steps I was up and browsing past the great firewall!

We have been paying for a service for twelve months that we haven't used since returning form China in January 2014. We should of been contacted on a regular basis to check to see if we still wanted the service instead of just taking a fee each month. Very dishonest
